May I suggest more subtopics? Diablo III Classes, Diablo III Story, Diablo III Gameplay, Diablo III Art/Graphics (Which exists but for some reason in a different area). Maybe not those topics, but you get what I'm saying.
The site structure is in flux at the moment. There hasn't been enough official information released from Blizzard to warrant further break-down of subjects (and actually, some of the subtopics you see today were just put into place this past Saturday).
One little annoyance I have is about the main logo bar at the top, it's not really a problem, but I just think that the Fans.com part should be moved to the right more, it looks strange the way it lays partly on top of the "A" from Diablo. and that it's not directly in the middle of the "I I I" if you know what I mean.
The only other suggestion I have is to fix the email notifications.

Other sites that I have been too do not allow the use of avatars(and even Sigs in some cases) until users prove themselves worth of having such a privilege. Having an avatar should be a privilege, not a right.

Most sites demand even more than 1500. So that's pretty fair I think.

I don't like how I'm an Ancient and a Saboteur. I know one is supposed to be a rank, the other a title. But it's just overkill. I want to be just a Saboteur, but I wouldn't mind getting to have the word in that neat custom text that the Ancient position is in.
but I wouldn't mind getting to have the word in that neat custom text that the Ancient position is in.
I would need to do some research, but I imagine that to be an impossiblity.
Not unless you made the image yourself and made it so your title was the image of which you speak. As one who hasthe ability to make your title whatever you so choose, that would be possible. Assuming HTTP or linking is allowed in custom titles. Otherwise my answer is a gritty, in your face no.

Somewhat similar to the reputation system is the gift system. Where in users can send gifts to other members, for things as trivial as the day being their birthday, or as complex and the discussion and deeper understanding of the lore of a topic.
If you scroll down you can see the gifts I have recieved.

Imo there should be limitations to pictures in signatures. Maybe 500 or something posts and u can have pictures there.
Now we have every 10+ poster here with the sign petition animations flashin
An area for deep discussion and debate. Philospohical stuff. Relgion, Life, etc.
The downside to this area is it's very nature. It often incites flame, but prehaps if flame rules in this area are altered a little.

First off, I'd like to say that I'm not a grammar Nazi, nor am I angered by or deterred from visiting this site by the quality of its writing. I can say, however, that it would have a much more mature atmosphere if a few minor tweaks were made, and since those tweaks would involve text only, they shouldn't require that much work. Specifically, I believe the following actions would help this site a lot:
Replace all instances of "Diablo 3" with "Diablo III": "Diablo 3" just seems like a shortcut that takes out two characters, especially now that the official title has been announced. If the true name of the Diablo game the site primarily concerns is provided, it would communicate more attention to detail by the site's staff, and make it an even more popular resource for news regarding the series.
Fix Forum Titles and Descriptions: The descriptions of each of the forums seems to fluctuate between imperative and descriptive, and seem inconsistent overall. A few minor tweaks could remedy this, as shown below:
News & Announcements (x Viewing)
All the news that we feel you should know will be posted here. You may also post a news thread as well. Note that your news post will not show up until it is approved by our staff!
All the news that we feel you should know and all the news you would like to share will be posted here. Note that your news post will not be posted until it is approved by our staff.
The little sentence in the middle seemed irregular, considering the one before it. The exclamation point and italics seemed to overdo it; simply stating it plainly, in bold and with a period could do wonders in getting the intended message across. "Be posted" seems like a much more mature choice of words than "show up".
All discussions concerning Blizzard's upcoming title, Diablo III.
The "for" seems like a caveman way of starting a sentence, which is why it's been replaced totally for the rest of this suggestion. Starting the sentence with "all" conveys the message much more strongly, "concerning" conveys more intelligence than "about", and there was most certainly a comma missing.
All discussions concerning Diablo II and its expansion, Lord of Destruction.
This was one of the more problematic forum-descriptions. After reading the old version, a neutral party would likely think that this section of the site was created by very young and/or uneducated individuals, and hence be subconsciously discouraged from posting. In addition to some of the problems pointed out in previous entries, a Roman numeral was replaced with an Arabic numeral, an abbreviation was used, and a pronoun was given an apostrophe in its possessive form.
All discussions concerning Diablo and its third-party expansion, Hellfire.
In addition to other mistakes pointed out earlier, I think it would be helpful to make it clear that Hellfire was made by a third-party company, and hence has yet to be confirmed as cannon. Someone not familiar with this fact might think that they also have to purchase an expansion that is now difficult to find in order to play the entire official Diablo series.
Discuss the lore and storyline of the Diablo series here.
The other titles also make it clear that the forum pertains to the Diablo series, and "lore" and "storyline" are not proper nouns. Adding "Discussion" at the end makes it linguistically clear that, once I click on the link, the threads I see are going to be discussions of Diablo's lore and storyline, not Diablo's lore and storyline itself.
Home of SICK, the Silver Inferno Crusading Knights.
"Silver Inferno Crusading Knights" by itself seems incredibly out of place when all other descriptions are in complete sentences. Also, the SICK Clan is given one forum, not multiple forums. The "(x Viewing)" field seems to be missing, and unless these forums are of exception, it should be there.
Where the residents of the temple-city of Travincal live and visitors gaze in awe.
This should be moved up above "Roleplaying", since it apparently also pertains to a clan. The "(x Viewing)" field is also missing, and "residents" is not possessive at all. Also, "visitors" was misspelled (credits: Ivaron =D).
Our forum for roleplaying within DiabloFans.com's storyline of events.
Without the "DiabloFans.com", this forum is not specific to any group, and hence should not be in the Guilds and Clubs section. It seems to be exclusive to Elfen Lied's "D3.com" group of roleplaying threads, so this title and description would make sense.
I believe the aforementioned forums should be merged into General Discussion. They seem to exist only to extend the number of forums, and are relatively unpopular by themselves. Merging them into General Discussion will still allow them to be discussed while reducing layout and making the forums in general pertain more to the Diablo series. Right now, only twelve out of twenty-one do.
Again, I would like to reiterate that I am not complaining. I am not angry or distressed at the grammar of the forums; I just feel that if it were improved, newer users with greater levels of maturity may be attained while existing users get the impression of a professionally-designed and superior site. Please don't take any part of this thread as an insult; it only serves as a document of analysis and suggestion.
It seems to be exclusive to Elfen Lied's "D3.com" group of roleplaying threads, so this title and description would make sense
It is not exclusive to just my RP threads. They are just the only ones in there. If someone else wants to make a RP thread. It will go in there as well.

We had that before, threads about movies and books got covered up by the multitude of well spam threads and duplicate threads. So we seperated them out.
Rest of the stuff raises a few good points though.

Sorry about that. I'd like to modify the suggestion to suggest the Roleplaying forum be moved to the "General" section, and its description be modified as thus:
Also, since the Art, et cetera forums will remain, I think it would be redundant to fix the grammar of each one individually in this post. It should be easy enough for the administrator that does so, with these ideas in mind:
The "for/all" change.
The fixation of case for non-proper nouns, such as turning "Music" into "music".
Adding a period at the end for consistency with descriptions that contain more than one sentence.
Adding the "(x Viewing)" field for consistency, which many of these forums lack.
I still feel Role Playing is a club or group thing, as it's only a select few that do it, rather than the entire collective of users, who all use the general section. General is more for general things, things that often do not have purpose. Role Playing is very specific and targeted.

However, I will agree with you on most of these things. Just keep in mind that I only wrote some of these and, when I did, it was like 3 AM. Gotta cut me some slack here.
Haha, I didn't mean to imply at all that I believed that the author of the forum-descriptions was uneducated, just that many might get that impression. I think the wording in that might've been somewhat strong; the person reading the entries may be more likely to think that the site in general is targeted at a younger and/or more-uneducated group, rather than singling the author of the entries out, since he or she is not directly credited. I know there are things that I've written that must've been much more unintelligable than the site's grammar; I'm mostly pointing out minor mistakes that definately don't hinder the site in a significant way. By no means should anyone's intellect or comprehension of English be questioned if they contributed something similar to the site's forum-descriptions.
Just wanted to say; good job on the main logo, looks perfect now. (I'm guessing you're responsible for changing it, if not, GJ to whoever that person may be.)

I kind of think this would start to destroy the purpose of the Off-Topic section- there would be nothing meaningful yet still off-topic left to put in it that couldn't just as easily be in the Spam section. And I also don't think it's right to lift or alter rules for a specified location in the forums- people need to learn to argue with real concepts and thoughts without the influence of fallible emotional comments, heinous or otherwise.
I've been on forums that have had an area for philosophical debating and an off topic section. It works quite well.
