I haven't been in that particular situation myself or even one similar to it so I can't empathize what you're going through. They're definitely not giving you a fair go.
Maybe if you just keep at it with the emails and tickets then they'll probably give you the response or even communication that you're after.
Either way, best of luck with it mate. Hopefully it all works out well for you.
Bashiok - Blizzard Representative - 08/01/2011 -"So how many skill combinations are there now? Well taking into account 6 active skills, all the rune combinations, and 3 passives we currently expect each class to have roughly 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations."

Good. I hope it never happens. It genuinely sucks. It feels like what being sent to prison for a crime you never committed would probably feel like lol.
I just want a phone call so I can talk to a human being. Hopefully, it happens.
1) Yeah, I can edit the title if need be. My apologies. I'm a newbie here. How do it do that (Hehe, sorry. Again, new here!)
It's understandable =] don't worry too much about it.
2) While I can agree that I can't conclusively prove that I DIDN'T use those things, I still haven't seen any proof from Blizzard that I have. The simple fact is, they don't. Or, if they do, it's certainly not from me. And, I've certainly provided enough evidence through the emails I've received. Again, those emails would all have to be one big, giant coincidence to happen in that sequence and not be the cause of the ban.
Yeah, like I said it's just impossible to take sides with certainty. I just wanted to point out the thread is mostly gonna be "he said, they said" - as long as you understand that, it's all fine (there's not much I can do if people don't agree with you, from a moderation standpoint).
3) I didn't really expect it to. Just wanted to vent, to get advice, and to also see if there was anyone else who have found/are themselves in a similar situation to myself.
I have seen hundreds of reports similar to yours. But then again, as I mentioned, it's really hard to determine how many are legit, because of reasons already explained.
Look, I get it. Guy comes in and claims he didn't cheat but still got banned. HE MUST BE GUILTY!
Sadly, that's how most users are gonna see your case =/ and again, there's not much you can about it.

2) Oh, definitely no worries. I don't expect you to moderate people's opinions. I'm totally cool with open discussion!
3) Fair enough. But again, mine's pretty hard to refute lol. I mean, just the whole "RECENTLY been involved in actions deemed inappropriate." statement in their email banning me immediately goes up in smoke once you consider that I didn't play the game for more than 2 months leading up to that point. And, it was actually closer to 4 months, because from September, I only logged in briefly to check my accounts. I even provided them/this thread with pictures of that fact. Stuff just doesn't match up. Besides, THEY emailed ME saying my account was compromised lol.
4) Yep, I expected it, in all honesty lol. It doesn't bother me though. People who act that way are either A: Trolling, or B: Have no idea what they're talking about. So, it's all good
If you were wrongfully banned, as you claim, and you did NOTHING that would be considered botting/automation of sorts, call customer support. Otherwise you're just venting to people who don't care about you breaking the rules. If you were botting or similar and happened to not get caught until now, it means nothing. Maybe Warden got updated and the next ban wave hit. If you were truly hacked and THEN something happened out of your control, you can contest that.

It would all have to be one gigantic coincidence that my account simply happened to get banned right after my account happened to be compromised (Which Blizzard notified me of) right after my account happened to have it's password changed. That seems kind of absurd to think, if you ask me.
Also, why would Blizzard notify me that my account was compromised if I was the person who had changed password? Is that common practice?

Yea, it is. They email the email tied to the account.
And the changed PW excuse doesn't prove your innocent, considering that's common practice for some to try to cover their ass in case they are caught.
The second image you linked doesnt say that your account was compromised, it says that your email account was compromised. Means that someone logged into your gmail account and used it. You should get that sorted out first.
Then you should log into battle.net, and use the live chat. So much faster than a phone call or a ticket. If you can't get into your battle.net account, then you have to make a phone call to get that fixed first. When they get that fixed, you should also ask what was changed since the time the password/email was changed, because you havent been in control of your account since it was changed.
A company telling a paying customer that they refuse to "respond at all" to their issues?
I'm sorry, but you're really stretching the phrase "paying customer."
By your own words, you've not logged in for almost a year. You haven't purchased the expansion. How exactly are you a valued customer again? If they hadn't sent you emails notifying you of activity on your account you probably wouldn't have known anything was happening.
Honestly, I'd love to see the tickets sent to Blizzard. My bet is that they're rant-y and not very professional and that is probably why they got closed. There have been many stories here about people who have been hacked, had their account used for botting, summarily got banned, and were able to get customer service to restore their account. One of the common denominators in those cases is being POLITE, COURTEOUS, and PATIENT with Blizzard.
Judging by how you post here, I'm fairly certain when I say I doubt you were polite, courteous, or patient. In fact, I'm betting one, or more than one, of your tickets probably ranted at them for their "shitty customer service."
That's crazy, I wonder why they would respond in such a way. Are you sure there's no reason as to why they would be acting like that?
There always is a reason. Blizzard gains *nothing* from leaving wrongly-banned accounts (particularly those which were compromised) banned after being contacted by the owner. It's par for the course with these "I GOT UNFAIRLY BANNED" threads for the player to leave out some detail that changes the whole complexion of the discussion.

So it all happens to be one massive gigantic coincidence that my account happened to get banned right after my account happened to have been compromised right after my account happened to have it's password changed?
Lol. Sure thing, dude.
As for your claim that PW changing is "common practice", even IF that were the case, it still doesn't change the fact that I hadn't logged into my Diablo account or touched any of my characters since November 17th, more than 2 months before I was banned. And, the email saying I was banned claimed that I had "RECENTLY been involved in actions deemed inappropriate". How could I have "recently" been involved with actions deemed inappropriate when I hadn't even played for more than 2 months (In fact, it was longer than that, because since September, all I did was log in periodically to check my account and my characters. That's it.)

1) I'm not stretching anything. What? A paying customer is a paying customer. I paid $60 for this game on release day. On top of that, I bought hundreds of dollars worth of Blizzard's RMAH $20 cards to use on the RMAH. And, I would have purchased the expansion had my account not been wrongfully banned. In fact, the very reason why I logged back in again was to do just that!
2) Read. I didn't say I hadn't logged in "For almost a year". I said that I hadn't logged in for 2 months. 2 months isn't a year.
3) In the beginning of this issue, I was more than polite with them. I appealed the ban as I was told to do and waited to get a response. I then get a corporate auto-response stating the usual: "We've looked into the matter and it's not changing". Not accepting that, I tried submitting another ticket, asking for more information on why they reached that conclusion. "We don't reveal those things. We've looked into the matter and it's not changing." Again, not accepting that I had done anything wrong, I submitted another ticket telling them that there was obviously a mistake. "We've looked into the matter and it's not changing. We will no longer respond to any tickets." Sorry, but when I get treated like a 6 year old by a company I've been buying products from for more than 15 years, my politeness and patience goes out the window.
Also, being in business means dealing with irate customers when they're unsatisfied. That's a part of being in business. It's not generally a good idea to just say to a customer "We won't respond at all" to their requests.
Judging by your comments, I'm going to assume that you've never been through this process with Blizzard. Which, since that's the case, doesn't really lead me to take your opinion seriously, since you really don't understand. Not being rude. Just being honest.
Also, as for your "par for the course" claim, was this guy hiding something as well?
"* If there is anyone who still believes that only "guilty people" could get banned, well there you go."
Are you able to log into battle.net account, or was the email/password changed on it?
I am now, yes. However, I had to submit a ticket with my government ID photo to remove my authenticator so that I could change my password and re-access the account.
Go into the live chat through battle.net, say you recently recovered your account, and that you would like more info on reversing the damage (including diablo account ban) since the date that the account email/password was changed. They have IP records of where accounts have logged in from, if they see an odd IP pop up, they will most likely lift the ban, but it might be too long to have anything recovered from the account. If they dont see any odd IP addresses pop up, they will refuse to do anything further.

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it.
The thing I find remarkable is that there isn't a phone number that a person can call to reach Blizzard themselves. I'd prefer to speak to someone, as that tends to be a lot more effective. This whole "callback" ticket thing is obviously a way to discourage people from trying to reach Blizzard directly with their issues.

Actually if you've ever called Blizzard in the past you may realize that the callback thing is great. Calling Blizzard before that feature mostly resulted in "The queue is full try again later!" and then when you did get in the queue there was always a 30~ minute wait.

I'd rather wait 30 minutes on the phone and get the chance to eventually speak to someone rather than be completely ignored outright.
One of my son's and I both had issues with account "attempts" at being compromised. Also had issues with the authenticator thing/app whatever it is. and went through hell getting it removed. BUT, the CSReps on the other end did try and eventually did get it fixed. Took a whole 3 days, the call back things IS a bit hard to deal with but it's preferable to being on hold for 30 minutes on a cell phone listening to crap music.
Something sounds like it's not on the up n up, or missing. However, IF your email was screwed too, that may be part of the issue. Not enough information, and no way to validate. I have been on the wrong end of acount issues, EBay as well, and honestly no matte rhow you look at it, it does suck. BTW try calling EBay sometime...
"However, since the Ban-blitz, several ppl have reported that they lost their accounts after being falsely accused. Most replies in these threads ridiculed those individuals branding them as Liars.
