Just a thought or more of a question concerning our beloved farming of the Key Wardens.
As it is we currently have four KW's in acts i-iv respectively.
So I guess my question is... Why can't there be a KW in Act V that gives the opportunity to drop any of the keys from the other acts?
Think of it as you will with the same approach that blizz used for the bounty caches in how Act IV and how it has the chance to drop loot associated with the other act caches.
All of the keywardens already have the chance (although fairly low, say 5% vs 50% on T6) to drop a second key from any of the other keywardens. That's why you see people sometimes get double key drops. Not really for or against a wildcard-keywarden in A5, I just don't see much of a point.
Agreed. I hardly farm act 5 due to the increased difficulty with the mobs and the size of the majority of the maps. As a wizard, I despise all the anarchs, death maidens etc. A group of them are as tough as elites.
I get plenty of keys simply from passing through acts for bounties.. (I tend to wander a bit). An act 5 key warden would be a welcome variance to the usual routine.
I'd be on board with an Act 5 Keywarden. Frankly, I'm rather surprised there wasn't one from Day One of RoS, to take the place/function of Nekarat in Act 4 at 60/Pre-RoS. I used to primarily farm Nekarat for parts pre-RoS, since he had an equal chance to drop any of the keys (only three keys total for the 60 Hellfire Ring), and when I would get a certain number of keys, I would then farm out the specific acts of what I was short on, since even though he could drop all three keys, I'd often get a streak of one or two specific keys. It also helped that the zone Nekarat is in is the smallest of all the Keywarden zones, making him much easier to find.
There really should be an Act 5 Keywarden, with an equal drop chance for all four keys (but without the bonus chance, to still push some farming to the individual acts). That way, people would have an alternative to running the specifics. As it stands, I have a pretty balanced number of each key right now, as I'm farming for 2.1 prep, so I'd be happy to just roll through one zone in Act 5, getting a chance at a random key each time, and then even them out from the earlier acts to get enough overall.
I guess the biggest question, if they were to implement it, what zone would make the most sense. For the most part, the Keywardens reside in large zones that take some time or luck to find them, so the obvious choices would be Battlefields of Eternity, Paths of the Drowned, or maybe one of the Westmarch areas, but there's also no reason they couldn't put it in a mid-sized area.
Two reasons, maybe we're already in act 5, and maybe we like harder fights.
Here's a third, there are those that are getting quite sick of act 1....just a rumor I heard...
As far as it being a huge lottery, 38% chance to drop in T4 isn't a huge lottery. They drop quite often.
how about if the Act 5 keywarden, who will have a higher chance of dropping any of the keys, will only respawn after you've completed a set of bounties from every act. the game would announce which map in A5 he spawns :3
I like Yuhanz concept, but instead of doing bounties have the act 5 key warden spawn after you kill the 4 key wardens. Could make him a bit tougher but also be able to drop any of the keys with a higher chance to drop.
Without looking as I'm not at home, I've got roughly 40-45 sets as the numbers are a bit varied. I do feel I have enough at the moment so yeah, I'm not really focusing on them, more on whacking them IF the bounty allows.
Again, I do tend to do bounties and wardens solo, and only group in rifts, so I can poke around a bit more when I do whack wardens.
And yes they don't drop everytime, but the drop rate is quite good. There are far worse (read miserable) things to farm than wardens.

Just a thought, but what is your opinion?
One of those suggestions that I could take it or leave it
