(To the forum moderators. Sorry if this post isn't very positive. Its not a troll post, this is just how my friends, some of the community, and I feel and we need to express ourselves and hope to one day be heard / considered by the D3 devs)
This post isn't all about me but more from a partial community perspective as a whole.
I'm dead serious when saying this...
1. You need to add some form of trade / ah / hub trading ASAP!
2. Or you need to fix your RNG pool and add in alternatives in finding loot (specific items) (class sets)... ect
3. I'm tired of farming rifts all day everyday just to find the same 2 hander, the same belt, the same ring OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!
4. I can't find any good legendaries, I can't find any class set items, I can't find any game changing legendaries! I can't find any orange text legendaries! And there is no way to trade for them, or trade among my friends : /
5. My friends list is now empty, my clan has disbanded!
6. This game is turning into a total bore, a disappointment, a depression! Some get lucky while others fade off into existence...
7. Please fix your game! Especially the social aspect / trade / RNG / progression process / itemization!
8. Add PVP! Add ladders! Add some form of endgame! Add something besides rifts!
9. Stop nerfing things, stop taking away things to do! Instead buff things, add things!
10. Thanks for hearing us out! I hope together we can improve the game!
(I'll add one of my previous reply's to this post)
There are those on here, with the narrow sighted opinion, that providing a more conventional path to success in this game (i.e. not based on luck, but rather on challenge and equal reward) will somehow:
"Ruin the longevity of the game", because in their minds, people who are able to gear out super quickly (a week, two, or three) will lose interest in the game.
Yet, they continusly ignore the fact that with the current system, people can and do gear out super quickly, those players frequently come into the forum to make "Loot drops are fine" posts, and Blizzard clearly thinks this is ok, since we don't see them running to those players accounts and stripping them of their gear.
So this create a huge fallacy on these boards, between the players and Blizzard.
On one hand we have players that get T6 geared quickly, due to their luck and Blizzard not acting on their accounts, they and Blizzard see gear drops as "fine." But what they are really saying, is that gearing out in T6 after a few weeks, is fine.
On the other hand we have players that can't get anywhere past T2 because they haven't had any luck with drops and must grind and grind and grind for marginal upgrades. These players don't think that gear drops are fine, and want some way to control the luck of the drop and get out to T6.
The already T6 geared players, somehow, see this is a problem. As if the players who aren't lucky with drops and get stiffed by the RNG constantly are "playing the game wrong" or deserve to be stuck thanks to lady luck.
It's a big problem, Blizzard's continuous ignoral of the problem is creating a schism between players.
Okay first off, this is NOT an official forum so I'm not sure why you're posting your QQ/complaint threads on diablofans, we've seen enough of them to last a life time.
If you want to voice your frustrations do it on the official forums we're you're slightly more likely to get a response and/or a lock of the thread.
If you want to complain/vent on these forums, at least do it in a constructive post that allows for debate. Nobody wants to hear a sob story or hear that you haven't found all BIS items when the game is barely a month old. You bought this game knowing fair well what the game is all about, this isn't WoW, their not going to add in new end game dungeons every 6 months and then churn out another expansion.
Diablo 3 is about the hunt for items..however long it takes. I'm sick and tired of hearing these bitching and whining threads when the game just came out.
In the most polite way possible, shut the fuck up.
I don't understand this forum... A few fans dictating how everyone feels, and if someone disagrees with you, you tell them to shut the F up?
Are you blind? Do you not see the distraught? The disappointment? The lack of fun? The community outcry?
Have you seen the official forums lately?
If you guys are satisfied with the way the game is now, it will never change.
There are many things that need to be fixed and changed in d3 for it to be on the same level as D2.
While you pacifists continue to sit back and say the game is fine the way it is, there will be hundreds more voicing their opinions trying to push this game to its full potential.
As "Diablofans" you should be doing MORE to see this game succeed instead of patting each other on the back and praising the devs.

I don't go on the official forums because 99% of the threads are people like you complaining about not getting instant gratification with items.
If you're distraught, disappointed, not having fun, and crying.. here's a solution. quit the damn game. Short of someone holding a gun to your head telling you to play, what gives?
I'm not satisfied with the way the game is, but I make constructive posts that actually spur debate, I don't just bitch about how much shit sucks without giving any sort of solutions or ideas to make the game better. You've given 1 solution and a half ass solution. PVP, sadly they won't be doing much with this as skills and damage output is totally off the walls and will make PVP really retarded.
End game? I dunno if you've played diablo before..but you are playing the ''end game". The game has been out a little over a month...A MONTH!
If you want to voice your opinion, do it in a manner that doesn't scream "I WANT INSTANT GRATIFICATION" all over it.
I do not agree with pretty much everything the OP said, but I WOULD like to see a little more of a trading aspect put back into the game. I don't have a whole lot of time to play the game on a weekly basis, but when I do I really enjoy my time. I end up playing solo games, but I have friends that do play a lot and would like to help me get slightly better gear and vice versa. For example, I got the Act 1 legendary ring that reduces the amount of gear required for set bonus'. It's not a great ring until you have a set piece, so I was willing to let my friend who was farming for it have it....But because I was doing it in a single player game there was really not much I could do.
I would like to see the ability to trade items with friends in your play list that were online at the time or have a "short list" of players that you can trade items to whenever. I think trading has always been a part of this game, and while I do not advocate for bringing back the AH, I think a little more interaction for those that LIKE playing single player games would be nice.
This thread is stupid. RNG is RNG, there are no bugged accounts. Your post is bad and you should stop playing the game if it makes you do bad things.
Also, opening up trading, worst idea possible. Here's what they need to do if they enable trading: Make drops 50x less common. Otherwise welcome to everyone having BiS items in a month.
Ohhhh wait that sounds an awful lot like the horrid situation we had before.
Why do half the players have COMPLETE SETS / all class sets in the game for most of their characters even if they barely play.
And the other half of players have 0 sets / farm longer / faster and still have 0 class sets.
The only thing that's "flawed" here is your completely unfounded assessment of the situation. It's wrong on so many levels. I don't know a single person who "barely plays" and has "complete sets for most of their characters." I also don't know a single person who has yet to find zero set items. The fact that you keep going on about how you've found "zero set items" makes me believe your a liar, it doesn't make me remotely sympathetic to your cause. Exaggerating like that just doesn't help your position because it's irrational. I've found dozens of set items so far. For you to keep insinuating that you're playing MORE than everyone else and still not finding anything is just... absurd.
There is no way you can claim what you're claiming. Get over yourself, you're just raging. The sooner you realize the problem is with your completely bullshit assessment of the situation the sooner you'll stop wasting the moderators time here because I guarantee you're a few QQ posts away from a ban. Take it for what it is, but these forums are not your personal sounding board to make a RNG QQ post every few days. We get that you hate it, but we're not here to hear the same bullshit with a different title from now until the end of time.

Wow you've started using big words to try to mask your bullshit. I can pretty much tell you right now, blizzard doesn't gauge their loot systems success/failures based on user posts. If you for one second believe they don't have internal mechanisms for monitoring most if not all aspects of the game, you clearly don't understand development and administration of a video game.
Also, why does someone elses experience in the game somehow ruin yours? What the flying fuck does it matter if someones doing t6 and you're stuck doing t1? Does their experience ruin yours in some way somehow?
All I get from your posts is jealousy, and the fact that you don't get what you want, you feel there is a problem with the system. Hey that sounds just like life in the United States, people bitch and moan that their entitled to something, yet do nothing for themselves.
Do us all a favor, get off diablofans and go on the battle.net ones.
Not really. There's no way a player like me would get along with a player like you to begin with. People that bitch about drops in Diablo are a pretty specific type of player. There's tons of them, because Diablo as known as a loot whore's game, and it does a good job at rewarding that mentality (For the most part).
The schism of players is between those that argue rationally and complain or act only when given what most would consider evidence and those that complain when they don't get Thunderfury or SoH in the first month of the expansion.
If your post here had any actual metrics of value (Say you gathered the data of 400 of your rift runs, indicating an actual problem that can be demonstrated), then someone like me would read this post, think "Oh, maybe he's got something there", and either move on or look into it myself. Instead, with your whiney childish post that reminds me of a teenager arguing for something, you not only cause me to disregard your "points", you give me a palpable distaste for you and your concerns, particularly because of your apparent willingness to make outrageous and false claims (My account is bugged guyz!).
Case in point - I actually have lurked here for months and created this account to specifically say your thread is shit.
We need to just stop feeding this guy/gal. These types of threads lead to no repartee.

YOu know, I've got maybe 7 green items, and two of those ARE Balck Thornes, but they're ok coupled with three "old" Blackthornes on the same character WITH a Glory, I get good elite damage/mitigation and it's not my main, but it helps.
Got a Danetta's, a Wailing ring, few other items, two more Glory's too, but I play more than the avergae player (totally guessing) but I also play solo alot, so who knows if it's better/worse. I don't, and I don't care. I just like to play...
