Unfortunately these world firsts don't mean anything anymore without streamlined difficulties and killing the the final boss on said difficulty being the sole purpose of the game.

No. It is an attempt to get more views. And 10 minutes on T6 for end boss seems a little far fetched 5 days after the expansion released. But, then again, I'm not going to watch the video to find out.
