I heard somebody saying that: the higher floor you get in Rifts, the harder the monsters will be but the better the loot will be?
Someone also said that Rifts can get up to 35 floors. So, if you would be able to get to floor 35 on T6, you would have chance on sick items? Like the 3000+ DPS 1-handers etc.?
No. It's not true. Loot is random, the first mob can drop the same loot as the last mob before the end of the rift (if it's a similar mob, of course elites and rift guardians have better loot).
Also, there is no floor 35, rifts only have a limited, pre-defined number of floors; there are even rifts with only one level.
I don't know the maximum number of Nephalem Rifts; someone said he had seen a 10 level rift in beta, but I doubt that - the highest I've personally seen is 4 (both in beta and on live). But I usually don't continue a rift after the guardian is dead, unless the area is really nice.
Alright! The thing is, before RoS launched, Blizzard posted some screenshots about new Legendaries, and there were 3000 DPS 1-handers. Did they just nerf them or something?

Yes, they nerfed this. Initially, at the beginning of the F&F beta in November, weapons rolled over 3000 DPS. But Blizzard nerfed this because it wasn't a balanced stat and the also felt that it was too much of a step forward from a maximum of 1400 DPS in D3V. Note that some weapons still roll close to 3000 DPS, I found a two-handed weapon with 2890 DPS yesterday, and just imagine adding a ruby to that... unfortunately, two handed weapons are useless for wizards and that particular weapon had nothing but DPS ;-)

You can't reroll level 70 affixes on a level 60 item any longer (was possible during the beta).
