I intend to have all classes to 70 , and i am wondering what you guys think if new paragon levels should be my priority. Or should I be trying to get all 5 classes to 60 with the 50% experience buff.
I dont have anyone powerleveling me, and mostly solo.

In my opinion go for the paragon levels since they really give a big advantage and the 50% buff helps a lot.At least try to get to p100,its really fast.
If you want to have all classes at level 70, I would focus on getting all the classes to level 60. It's fairly easy to do and doesn't take a ton of time.
After that you might even have enough time to focus on hitting Paragon 100 (which is 25 paragon attribute points in each category).
At the very least, get your alts to the end of act 4 so you aren't fretting about playing all of that junk again when there is new stuff available. Then, think about whether you want to level those alts some more, or grind paragon.
On one hand, waiting to level your alts means you can level them in adventure mode instead of campaign. On the other hand, waiting to level them means you don't get the 50% buff.
Regarding gaining paragon levels, you miss out on the 50% bonus if you put it off, but on the other hand you will be level 70 and the base XP will be a bit higher, plus you can be doing adventure mode and getting useful level 70 stuff while also grinding your paragons out.
It seems to me that the benefits of leveling alts now outweighs the benefits of leveling paragon now, assuming you intend to do both in the long run.
I'm doing both. I got my Paragon from level 20 to level 75 already and nearly have all classes at level 60 now. The only one missing is Demon Hunter, who is level 35....so I'll easily get her to 60 then continue to level paragon.

Paragons will add a few nice stats for starting a new character when RoS is out.
But it is also quite fun creating new characters at this time as well.
I am doing a bit of both at this time.

That's how I would do it anyway.
