I have been seeing a lot of complaints about loot not dropping and blah blah blah....
Well after the patch you lost all your MF, because of the paragon change.
Now loot is bind to account... Which I think is a great system but flawed because of one contributing factor, you are deterred because your gear you want simply isn't dropping.
So I thought, what if your MF increased the more you killed until a legendary dropped, then reset back to your current MF value on your gear.When I mean increase I mean like .... .01 per kill or something. Just an example.
You are now rewarded for farming, which is great but I think there needs to be more involved.
There's a system like that already in the game, based on how long you've played without finding a legendary. One of the devs said it in an interview. It basically kicks in after a couple of hours and your chance to get a legendary starts increasing until you get one. You can't see it in game though.

Can you source this please? I must have missed it, I have been gone for like 6 months.
The fact that some people claim to go for 10+ hours without finding a legendary is not only not our intent, but should in fact be impossible. We added a system in the expansion that tracks the amount of time you spend fighting creatures without finding a legendary and after a certain period of time will slowly start increasing the legendary drop rate. Once a legendary drops for you, actual item not crafting recipe or material, we reset that timer. This is meant to be a safety net so that the random can never be too extreme to the negative end. If players are legitimately going 18+ hours and not seeing a legendary it's possible that there are some bugs floating around that need to be identified.
Although there's a system to 'prevent really unlucky players', I completely agree Magic Find should exist in some form. I hope this doesn't come across as self promotion but as it is fairly similar to what I suggested in my previous suggestion thread, where I mentioned having MF per kill in Rifts only - at a similar rate to what you suggested but not resetting it so Rifts becomes more rewarding, especially and/or more likely if a player decides to finish all 10 levels. Of course it doesn't have to be in Rifts but I feel that with a maximum set amount of monsters, it could just be the place for a MF system to be implemented.
I jcertainly think it's an idea that could be made workable with some adjustments here and there and it's definitely something the community could play around with. Here is my full suggestion post if any of you would like to take a peek.
