I honestly can't tell.. I go to my account management and see the available Game downloads and then see this under my diablo 3 client
"Beta Client (Reaper of Souls) - Battle.net App"
So I download it and run it and all it does is bring me up to my Battle.net app and when I run the PTR I get the same ol' 2.0 Patch. So do I have this Beta or not? Is anyone having this problem too, or is this just how they're wording the "PTR" for 2.0?

Not even Death will save you from Diablo Bunny's Cuteness!
PTR and beta are not the same thing... but they use the same client... hence the confusion. As best I can explain it, the website is literally only referring to the client, not your actual level of access (PTR or closed beta).

Ah okay, well that blows. Kinda got my hopes up >.> They definitely need to change that name though, sooooo misleading!
You'll know you have Beta if under the Region selection you see Beta: Reaper of Souls above PTR: Diablo III.
