All the legendary affixes gathered from datamining is exciting info. I have a question though. I think it is a little strange that those legendary effects are all we know about loot 2.0 so far. Is there anyway we can datamine all the normal stat affixes on loot like the new max roll on core stats or new stats like cooldown reduction? I also want to know if APoC will still exist on wizard gear.
I'm not entirely sure how it works but I think they have only added the strings that contain the passives of the new items. So I suppose that new items give you passive buffs, which are in the datamined alpha right now. If there was actual items I think we could at least get the names.

Caps on trifecta was probably the most interesting non-legendary related Loot 2.0 change, but... that disappeared so, not much to talk about right now.

Capped stats changes little, there is always going to be a "right" way to do something that you can't mathematically argue with.
If it's not crit/crit.dmg/avg dmg/ias/primary/socket that we need, then we will be looking for all resist,armor, vitality, % life for each stat that is capped.
The only thing it would let you do is feel like you had more options WHILE getting average gear. Once you get into the top 15%+ for each piece of gear, you're going to be wearing the exact same thing as the next guy.
