Questions about the Stream and Multiboxing:
Feel free to ask any question you want about what I'm doing, or for help with anything. We are always talking to viewers to help them get where they want to be if we can. No, were not egotistic or in love with ourselves in anyway either. We will just do our best to try to help you with whatever knowledge or items we may have!
Multiboxing is a term used to denote one user playing multiple accounts simultaneously. This can be done using one or more machines. Solutions exist for both the PC and Mac. There are also solutions for using both PC and Mac at the same time.
We use a multiboxing program called ISboxer. They offer a free trial, and if you use my Email address we will both get free time added to our accounts! Please stop by the stream and PM me if I'm offline and ask for my Email.
I have played many, many MMO's and still do occasionally. I also have played around two dozen Beta's and Alpha's. I currently play Diablo 3, Marvel Heroes-Beta, Defiance Alpha/Beta/Release, Saint's Row, and a few others. I used to be a part of the Dev. team for MMO-Mechanics.com and spend my time there helping as well!
I am 27 Years old, stuck at home from a recent Car Accident, and Love gaming/PCs. I have HEMOPHILIA A (Severe), Degenerative Arthritis in all joints, Migraines, etc. I am also in need of a Knee Replacement and shoulder surgery. Although with my health problems the risk of me Bleeding out from the surgery is very high. I also have an amazing almost 2 yr old son who keeps me going everyday. My working days seem to be over since the Car Accident, so I am now here. That's me in a Nutshell!

Redid some information, and then also did some new videos! I did a video on PTR Multiboxing setup, and now 2 new vids that are Split screen 1.07 LIVE vs 1.08 PTR Monster Density changes!! I will be trying to update and add more as much as I can, Probably will redo the thread soon! Please subscribe and stop by the stream if you could!
My youtube also has a video explaining the IRL issues I've mentioned to most people! Thanks everyone for the support and sorry I haven't been able to stream as much as I'd like just yet, but I certainly am trying to get stuff straightened out IRL ASAP.

Can you correct me if I'm wrong - I think they changed the way saved waypoints work when you start a fresh game. Potentially you won't start out in the vault for the Inigo run. If that's true you might be wasting a fair amount of time finding the vault each game. Is that how it works now?
I'm also very jealous of your hardware setup. I'm running 4 equal sized games on one monitor with a GTX 570 and Phenom II 965 overclocked to 3.9GHz, It's barely handling 30fps on low settings

You start out in town, but you will always have a portal that will take you to your checkpoint. This prevents players from getting killed at their checkpoints in case a deadly elite pack happens to spawn there at the start of the game (see Core of the Arreat checkpoint and the infamous elite Phasebeasts).

I could be totally off here but...loot alert ...video...report hacking...
like.. at least least try and set that up before you start the stream
AFAIK loot alert isn't considered a hack. I think there was a support ticket answer somewhere (maybe photoshopped, I don't care) stating that they don't consider loot alert dangerous and that it can be used for now.
EDIT:
Looking at how further discussion went, I'll add a warning that I don't encourage using loot alert, so that I'm not responsible if someone gets banned

Every streamer on Twitch just about, uses it.. Not to mention the sheer number of people that do. Its not like I'm running Demonbuddy and using it on stream fyi. No one that I know has been straight out banned for Lootalert unless it was the compromised situation. Although if it makes you feel better lol... I have no reason to hide it, no does really anyone that uses it. It's legality is a grey area, but that doesnt directly mean its going to be something that they ban for. DarkD3 was the same situation as well just different idea and they even said outright that it wasnt something they would ban for. If I was using TurboHud as well, thats way more then something like LootAlert.. Anyway.. Yea there's been multiple tickets about lootalert but nothing straight out confirmed on forums.
People have been banned for using LootAlert, I recall there was some famous p100 streamer who got banned and they even created some kind of petition on the forums. LootAlert is against ToS and you will get banned, having a stream to show everyone that you use it gives them the perfect evidence that they need. To everyone reading this: don't use LootAlert unless you don't care about getting banned.
And DarkD3 itself is not bannable, all it does is change some DirectX settings of your graphics card. DarkD3 does nothing that you couldn't do manually by adjusting settings in your driver, afaik. It doesn't touch your memory, it doesn't touch game files, and therefore is not bannable - just as Blizzard stated. What is bannable though is the add-on you can download on the DarkD3 site; it changes the in-game font to the old Diablo style font. It does so by altering game files which is absolutely against the ToS and might get you banned at some point.
1) Only person attempting to spread the wrong info is not me and I was pretty clear on what I was stating. Not even sure why this has to be dramatic either.. Although, you should not be giving information that you also do not know 100% as well as telling people that they will get banned for sure etc is not exactly true either. At least I stated "To my knowledge and my opinion's etc".
2)I specifically stated that no one that I know has been banned for it as well as most of the streamers that I associate with on Twitch use it as well. Not to mention you have no idea what exactly surrounded this "famous p100 person" just as much as I wouldn't. People can say anything to try to weasel themselves out of something, but Im not saying that's the case.
3)If your not intelligent enough to understand what the program does then you of course shouldn't use it at all. Telling people not to use something unless you care about not getting banned is of course an opinion.
4) DarkD3 was more then just what your stating which is why it was brought up a lot. I again did not state Lootalert is the same identical situation.
5)Again I'll state that Obviously don't use anything you dont fully understand or know what its doing. Let alone if its safe to use or where to get it from. I've seen too many people come into channels asking where to get Lootalert etc.. Is using Lootalert "technically" bannable, Of course. As we've stated and the program states it reads memory and that is against the ToS. Does it mean that you'll get banned for it anyway, no.. Basically, Know what your doing, don't just do w/e because everyone does it, and know that there's risk of course in some way.
Regarding Loot Alert, please consider this as a general response: When asked, always say "I can't recommend that you use it, there are reports of bans and I can't guarantee it's safe, that's something you have to decide for yourself". Just don't say that it's fine or ok, at least until we know more.
That is my general response usually if someone asks me specifically about it. Now someone that creates drama about it my response is abit different But what you said is basically the bottom line.
[LootAlert's] legality is a grey area, but that doesnt directly mean its going to be something that they ban for. DarkD3 was the same situation as well just different idea and they even said outright that it wasnt something they would ban for
Sorry Rakunvar, I was not attacking you at all, I apologize if my post came across too harsh. We just had a couple of threads coming up recently like "my account was banned for no reason" and I don't like to see this anytime soon again, therefore I just want to sensitize people towards careful use of these programs.
When I said "don't spread wrong information" I was referring to the bold printed parts:
1) LootAlert is not grey area. The developer said himself that it reads memory, you can even download the source code and look it up, and reading memory is a bannable offense. There's no grey area here, it's straight out bannable.
2) People have been banned for using LootAlert. Not everyone has been banned of course because Blizzard doesn't ban on suspicion, but only if they have logs/data/proof. I've read somewhere a while ago that Warden is inactive in some regions due to legal issues, therefore they can't detect LootAlert all the time, which might be a reason why none of the people you know have been banned. However, if you do a quick Google search you'll find many people that have been banned for using LootAlert - in particular streamers because they give Blizzard undeniable proof, obviously.
3) DarkD3 and LootAlert are not the same. DarkD3 does not read memory, it just changes DirectX settings that are available anyways. Maybe you're confusing the DarkD3 tool that adjusts color with the DarkD3 extra tool that changes font - and does so by reading memory, which again makes it illegal. It's stupid and dangerous that they give out both programs on the same website.
Again, I apologize that my post yesterday night came across too harsh. But mods and tools are a sensitive matter and there are many many people reading these boards. Your original post contains a lot of useful information and is a well-written introduction into multiboxing, so you appear to many readers as someone who delivers reliable information. Therefore you should be aware of your responsibility and don't advertise illegal tools like LootAlert in the same thread where people find information from you about the perfectly legal tool ISboxer.
jesus christ,
what did u pay for your gamingsetup?
I started with like 1500ish and then bought a few parts very shortly after one at a time.
