Inna's favor is used by some builds and sells for a few mil. Some Demon Hunters use Inna's favor & Temperance to get the 2 set bonus.
IMO if you don't need it, throw it on the AH. Since your belt rolled a high dex + some vit, it'll fetch a pretty penny.
The standard roll on the belt is 90-100 dex, and so the random roll you've gotten is dex+vit
Edit: Yeah I was wondering, does "no AH" include not trading with people?
I was wondering the same thing. Frankly, these people that have an issue with the AH but think trading is fine just make me want to puke. The GAH is simply a vehicle to expedite/facilitate your trade, not some game-breaking short-cut.
I can appreciate it if someone avoids the AH for the challenge of it, however. That's admirable.
+ 8 to holy dmg
+189 dex
+ 49 vit
+ 260 armor
+ 1% critical hit
Reduces duration of something.
Should I keep it for a probably future monk?, or maybe I just salvage it in case I find a legendary plan someday?

This is because it always has +% elemental dmg and crit chance, which you can't normally get on belts.
And you've rolled a great one with +dex/vit.
Keep it.
Ok, I'll keep it then, thanks.
It's a pretty solid end-game Monk and DH item. Nice find
