Max crit is 62 or somehting like that and max LoH is 650 or so, if I remember correctly. So you can get a nice valuable item, but it won't be high-end most likely.
I crafted some 50 1-handers earlier today and got a few with crit 63 and 64 so max is at least that much now =)
Example, whats the max Crit Damage %(I assume it isn't 100%) chance on level 62 items, Dex ect....
Only in the damage coefficient fields, not in the primary or secondary stat fields.
