Wondering if anyone knows a way to tell the pre and post 1.0.4 legendary items apart. Is it just by name, since they are supposed to have different names? If so, is there a list of all the new 1.0.4 legendary item names?

By the stats.
Old ones sucked new ones don't it's as simple as that

many have higher item levels as well.

also, like 90% of legendaries got a new proc or something to go with it

If it's not complete and utter garbage it is probably new.

I found a wand yesterday. It's lvl 59, when I went on the AH everything on there suck and has only 400dps when my new one has 769 with a long list of crazy stats.
