Since I have only played a Barbarian I only know what stats I look for when searching the AH. But when I get ten rare drops for other classes I'm not sure what they are worth because I don't know the stat priority of the other classes.
So, can someone give me the top three stats people look for when shopping?
Here are the ones I sorta know:
WD: Int, crit, crit damage, IAS, mana regen. On off hand, it's damage, then what I've said. Also, some WD go big, slow weapons, because it's cheaper to maintain their zombie bear build (APS doesn't seem to affect how many bears get cast, but it does affect how often you use mana in casting it).
Monk: Dex, IAS, LoH, crit, crit damage. On Shields it's block, block chance, then what I've already said.
Resists are in there for both, but they're probably in there for everything. I feel that, in most cases, resist is better than HP, because +hp also reduces your healing abilities. Not to say you don't want hp though.

Thought for monks it was DEX>LoH>IAS>Crit>Crit damage

Probably, but it depends on how much LoH and IAS you have already. LoH isn't great if you're only hitting 1.4 times a second, but once you have up to 2, it's awesome.
Like what other people said... primary stats, especially a primary damage stat + vit
primary stats + LoH, MF, GF, IAS, crit%, crit damage, all resist, life%, indestructable (unless the secondary stat values are very high, most items aren't going to be worth much without primary stats)
physical resist can bump up the price if it's combined with other tanky stats
some of the random procs are good if they're hard cc... things like slow and fear are worth less
Monk: Dex > IAS > LoH > Crit chance > Vit > Crit Damage > Life %
This for an all around build. Swap crit chance and IAS for a Cyclone build.
All builds should include 'All Res = Whatever Res' as a top priority until hitting whatever resist levels they feel comfortable with, which varies a lot.

Truth. Consider my priority ammended.

Try filter stats such as MF%, GF% and Crit Hit%, Crit Damage% along with the stats and resistance.
I assume WDs also use Int?
Monks probably Dex?
DemonHunters use?
