Reflect damage mobs are easily the least of my affix problems. Simple shadow power with gloom and theyre cake. Inv, fast, mortar are the annoying ones for me.
As a barbarian I find that Reflect damage isn't too bad if the mob dies fast enough, it's pretty bad when combined with plagued, desecrator, extra health, or the mob is just plain shit and of course there's always more affixes to add to the list.
Pretty much every second pack for me is reflect damage unfortunately.

LoH is bullshit it works only on physical damage so basically if you want lifesteal with wizard you must use spectral blades
LoH works pretty fine for me with all wizard spells, the coefficient is different spells tho, Blizz and Hydra barely heal anything, piercing orb heals a bit more, spectral blades on the other hand is the one that gets the most benefit out of it.
All in all they all work, but each one on it's way.

This was pretty much my experience last night.
Reflect damage - extra health - health link - Waller as melee. Easy times. (would take a while to kill though :P)

Life on hit works with most wizard spells, http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5149154265
All of those numbers are still accurate as of 30 minutes ago.
