maybe they will give oppressors 2 guaranteed rare drops, theres nothing wrong with something in the game being very hard, they just need to give appropriate rewards for such things.

Are you sure? These guys charge as often as before 103, at least for me (cleared A4 for lulz after 103 went live). Actually, their damage was nerfed - with FA, 38k HP and no resistance/armor gear I can live through their charge now.
yes, it's part of blizz 'improving monster AI' oppressors now charge you before you even see them. whenever they're close they breath. whenever they're not close, they enter the charge position. and those horseback guys will bomb you before you even see them too. and they never miss unless you are zig zagging like crazy before they throw the bomb. all the guaranteed damage monsters get unless you kite like crazy from off screen is retarded. such as mortar jailer desecrator vortex avenger. it just turns the game into a numbers game without skill. it's dumb as hell.
maybe they did all the monster range of view stuff before they finalized the game view, so they see off screen
but on the other hand, you can snipe stuff off screen you cant see, so it would be unfair to the monsters if they didnt see you
Just skip the bastards, not worth the repair bill as it stands. That being said, it's fun to have challenging content, but there is a difference between very hard and broken abilities with no way to anticipate it.
They can't fix everything in one patch, what would keep people coming back every time a new patch arrives? Oh, and lets not forget all the bugs they add to to the game each patch.
I hated those mobs pre 1.0.3. They 1 shot me without being bugged so I can feel your pain.
Still though... depending on your class you can still do the packs by using line of sight tactics. They can't charge if you're behind a pillar. I farmed these guys before 1.0.2 (although it was annoying and probably not very efficient). You should farm Act 3 instead... it's a lot better with the extra loot from rare packs now.
I'd prefer quicker response times on bugs though. I mean... the WD class lost one of their more viable skills due to a bug this patch and Blizzard isn't rushing to fix it.
the game is full of unavoidable damage. might as well be playing a mud. stats vs stats. where's the action? not that you can do anything in the lag anyways.

Not sure what you're talking about. For me it's opposite - it takes some practice and skill to clear Inferno without having retardedly OP stats. After 103 it takes much less skill as everything was nerfed pretty hard, but still you need to pay attention and react quickly.
Mortars are avoidable, you just need to move a lot. Oppressors don't charge as often as you're trying to make it look like. Mortar jailer desecrator vortex avenger? Hmm, I guess you've made that up as I've never seen 5 affixes on a single mob. Anyway, even if it existed, it would be manageable and actually quite easy for any ranged class. Got pulled - AOE CC and GTFO. Mortar on top of jail - teleport / spirit walk / smoke screen.
Honestly, compared to pre-103 A4 is a lot easier now. It's still hard since, you know, that's end-game content, it should be hard by definition. But it's still manageable.

Yes, if they hit you with their Charge, you are pretty dead. The best way to fight elite Oppressors is to stay ridiculously far away and move lots.
