would get the g700 auto but its wireless, and if you use in wired mode the cord is extemely stiff, but its very comfortable.
just cant decide which to order between the 3
looking to get a mouse with lots of buttons to use for my skills, have nerve damage in my left hand so using a keyboard is a bit tougher.
I have finally stepped away from the Razer series mice. Every one I have had of theirs ended up doing some weird multi-click thing and could not hold a click to allow me to drag an icon accross the screen...
What I have now is the Steelseries Diablo 3 mouse. It is conveniently pre-mapped for your skill keys (keyboard 1 - 4). It could be a bad thing if you use a mouse side buttons for browser back and forward navigation. Out of the box your left/right buttons function properly, but the two side buttons on either side are pre-bound to keys 1-4.
So far I love the feel of the mouse. Not quite a razer comfort feel but very good quality and good click feel.

Yea I had a xai, same mouse shape, i really liked the xai its just hard to push those two buttons on the right side. maybe ill just get a sensei. would just use my mouse now a zowie ec2 but there is no drivers so i cant reprogram the side buttons.
Well i have a g700 and its annoying cuz you have to plug every game session after like +7 h of playtime. The keys on the side are like 4 buttons and they are not very pratical imo they are to thin and very stiff not very sensitive. I usually only use 2 for websurfing the back and forth function, i like the mouse wheel i think its great it has like a slow mode and a fast mode to use other then that it seems like a normal mouse. I would sugest you a wired mouse if you want to play games. My pick if you want a mouse with alot of buttons would go for the razer naga the wired version more cheap and haslike 12+ buttons i think. I dont like RAT mouse form but if you really hate razer then i would opt for RAT but its your choice.
Yeah i dont do razer, they are prone to break. I had a g700, i only used wired i dont do wireless, just cord is so stuff =\.
G500 feels good but the center button on the side was in a awkward place.
rat mmo is ugly as f, looks like it came out of a transformer movie, and its $130 =\, but has lots of buttons.
I have the G500 and love it! I'm able to map all my keys for quicker reactions to the one hand, I only need to use my left hand for stutter stepping and potions (albeit by choice, there is another button or two I could keybind if needed). The cord on the G500 is also more than acceptable to deal with, I never find it as any discomfort during my gaming sessions.
I use the G700 and love it. The buttons on the side did take a bit of getting used to, but by the time I was level 15 hitting them for skills was second nature. I leave it plugged in all the time as well and haven't had any problems with the cord personally, but that could be how my desk is setup. I had a G9 before it and liked that as well, but the laser died after a couple years and I had more cord problems with that one. I've been using the G700 for 6 months now (and all of D3) and have 0 complaints. I definitely did 1-60 using only the mouse and never touching my keyboard (Inferno is a bit harder, I find the shift key rather useful for kiting)
cyborg rat 7 mmo
logitech g500
logitech g700?

I seen the g300, it looks like it may be good for d3, how does it feel comfort wise?
