I dinged 32 from killing Diablo.

I kind of rushed through Act I but I explored and killed everything in Acts II-IV. Now on Nightmare I'm going to explore everything for all the acts and see how close to 60 that will get me.

I was 32, but I thought that was due to me re-running the cathedral SK part few times. Was exploring and killing 100% of everything.

My friend and I were both 33 after finishing normal.

We just finished act 1 on nightmare and I'm 40 and he's 38 cause I re-did a few of the last parts with him after pulling ahead.

33 for me and my wife. we didnt re-do anything. I have about a half level on her namely due to +experiance on kill gear. adds up.

31. Apparently I was underleveled? Lol.

31,32, and 31

32took my time and helped rerun with friends.

31 the first time. 25 the second. I got lazy and skipped everything. (You catch up quick anyways especially with the pony level)

32 on both the wiz and the barb...

33. had some farm runs on azmodan before entering the last act

From 30-33 depending on class.

The big factor here is surprisingly enough whether or not your class is suited to rack up big XP bonuses. Like for WD i often get 40-60 kill chains and single blows for 15+ mobs but with WH you kill groups one by one so it ends up at 30 or so. Monk again got huge XP bonuses but not as big as WD and Wiz was somewhere inbetwen WH and monk.

34 on my WD. Think that was because a friend of mine ran me through the secret level a few times.

Can't really remember, but I believe it was something like 32. Didn't re-run anything and never did the pony level.

My barbarian hit 33 when Diablo died on Normal.

32 with a DH - so it seems to be the norm after all

I am at a low level 24. I and my friend is competing to reach level 30. Wish me luck.

Sorry if this information is readily available but I don't seem to be able to find it.

Normal = 30ish
Nightmare = 50ish
Hell = 60

Those are the expected levels for the end of each difficulty. You will have to extrapolate based on those numbers.

Of course your ability to kill things will also be determined by your gear too.
