Just gonna prep some salad and chicken breasts in the fridge.
Only water, a bottle of beer and a small can of potato chips on my desk. I've found that, no matter how simple it is to eat, eating distracts my immersion of a game greatly and that's something I don't want during the first playthrough of Diablo 3. So I'm just going to sip water play to my limit [which isn't all that long these days :(] then take out the food from the fridge and have a proper meal and get back to gaming.
Come to think of it the only time that I did have a 'meal' in front of my screen was during a WoW raid where I had to go somewhere right after the raid and didn't have any other time to catch a bite.
I am in the same boat... "hey boss I think i am sick *cough cough* I might have the summer flu?" lol

3. Cool ranch/funyuns
(non nostalgia) rest of the time playing
4. Blue Moon/Shocktop beer *need variety*
5. Homemade chicken parm *turned into subs because fork and knife dont agree with gaming*

My fun starts next friday. I mean, i'm gonna get the game tuesday, but im not breaking into "the vault" of food i have stashed away till friday, cause i got a 2 week break from work that starts that day.
As for what's in the vault, so far i think i've got a bag of honey roasted peanuts, some raisinettes, some doritos, a bottle of honey mead, and i'll be stocked with dr.pepper and mtn dew most likely, will probably eat a hearty breakfast friday morning of a potato skillet, bacon, eggs, etc. then start at about 11:30am friday morning to fight for sanctuary.
Granted, i will have already started tuesday night, but like i said, playing after work tuesday, wed, and thursday doesn't count. Im saving my food loot till my break.
After reading numerous threads, here is my final list. Yes, I am going the healthy route, as D3 will be pretty much all Im doing for at least a week straight :

Anyone looking for some solid choices for a more healthy D3 diet, please consider some of these. I think I have it all covered :Thumbs Up:
Instead I'm going to eat a mix of healty normal homemade food and some fast food (pizzas perhaps)
I'll be making myself Taco Pie and plenty of food boxes of various beef and fish with potato/rice.
I will also have some fruits to snack on in between meals, moslty apples and tomatoes I think.
I'll be drinking only water tho since I really don't like sodas. I might star of with a beer just to celebrate the launch, but I don't want to get drunk and ruin the experience.
