As for the OP. If you have the money to spare and are a big diablo fan.. then sure. Don't let anyone tell you that you should or shouldn't. It's just a matter of whether or not you have the money to spare.
Personally, I bought 6 CE's with the intent of using only 1 and reselling the rest. I'm sure you'll see some cheaper ones than 200.00 on ebay(at first) where they regretted the purchase or couldn't afford it.
Muhahaha I Plan on selling my second CE when people realize how awesome they are and it's possible, I've sold a WoW vanilla CE for $1100.

These cost 100-120$ here in Norway, and games are much more expensive here in general, that CE for 199$ is quite a rip off, i doubt this thread is serious in nature, but i thought I'd play along.
It all depends on the amount of disposable income you have in my opinion.
Sure....if you have a million dollars you feel like wasting, then I will gladly sell you my CE. Though I didn't even preorder one, but for a million clams I promise to be standing at your door by midnight with it.
