I'm thinking a mix-and-match of the Autumn and Forester for my starting Witch Doctor. I love the aesthetic of the oudoor areas we saw in the gameplay trailer (Leoric Highlands, etc.) and would love to match it as well as I can, with some black mixed in perhaps...
My motorbike is black & lava red, my helmet is black & red, my suit is black & red, my boots are black & red, my gloves are black & red....guess what colors combination I'll pick?
Tbh I don't know which I'll like best. Depends on class also.
For Barb, I'll probably go with something dark, with shots of blue or red. Nothing bright. Also, perhaps vanishing dye on either Helm (as in the brute commander look), or Chest/Legs (as in a more gladiator-ish look).
Wizard will have a more regal look, navy blue-ish or a dark red-ish, or purple. With gold. Possibly CE Bottled Cloud dye or more of a baby-blue color.
Monk, probably beige/sand mixed with dark red or blue. Vanishing dye on the shoulders if they all end up looking like random scrap metal ductaped to the upper arm.

Mine was solid red
.. and I happened to pick infernal for the regular dye.
I don't see myself using Dyes very much because the armour usually looks more interesting by default - there are details which just get replaced with flat colour in Dyes :(.
I will, however, likely be using Vanishing Dye for a full-build Demon Hunter. She looks a little funny in helmets and I don't really like the look of her glowy eyes when she's got a hood on.
Will use CE dyes until I have bought everything else with gold (stash, blacksmith, jewelcrafter etc.). Then I'll see which will fit my gear most. But yeah.. CE dyes are nice 'cause they're infinite use. Oh and I will use vanishing dye for the unwanted helmets.

this is exactly what ill do. mix and match CE dyes with no helmet. then later down the road experiment. maybe have bottled smoke as my main color, and infernal as some accents like pants and gloves. who knows. helmets suck, though
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
(this build was before D3 launched... looking back on it now - i had no idea what i was doing)
I am colorblind, so I will probably mix n' match the colors to my liking.. often that results in comments on my, in their perspective, strange combinations of colors.
What colors are you going to use? and nice signature lol

Yeah black seems to be very popular.

DH black with dark greens or dark red.

This seems to be one of the most popular choices, I have a feeling black is going to get very expensive d:

I think vanishing dye will be just as popular as black lol. There are lots of unappealing helmets.
