Your mana dump is Leaping Spiders. The build is rather mana lite, so I opted to take Pierce the Veil, to help with your pet damage. You can target and spam spiders to take down important mobs like resurrecting baddies. Hex is a nice little guy to help your damage and healing with the chosen rune. You have two big CD's with Big Bad Voodoo and Fetish Army. The CD's will get shorter as things die around you, too!
It aims for a survival Demon Hunter for highter difficult level. You can keep up the distance from the enemies and have a good single target dps and some aoe when needed. Also you have some emergency skill when things become ugly >=)
Firebomb (Roll the Bones)
Corpse Spiders (Medusa Spiders)
Summon Zombie Dogs (Leeching Beasts)
Mass Confusion (Mass Hysteria)
Acid Cloud (Acid Rain)
Gargantuan (Humongoid)
Zombie Handler, Bad Medicine and Jungle Fortitude:
Templar is the follower
I call this the Petsomancer as this is to be a hardcore PVE build where you use Firebombs and Acid Clouds, while your pets (zombie dogs, spiders and Garganutan) tank all of the enemies.
It is meant to be a solo build, so I have build in various types of damage in order to deal with immunes.
Damage types covered include (Poison, physical and fire).
In addition, some of the spells include stun, paralyse features to limit the mobility and attack damage to you and your pets.
Its a PVE build most functional for new players and low dificiltuy levels. i made this build thinking in a smooth gameplay for the barb, its also a fun build rlly easy to use and good for learn to play.
The reason why i chose this build is because i loved the Necromancer on Diablo 2 and i want this guy to be just like him but summon a whole lot more and be a lot stronger.
The core skills:
Smoke Screen -Displacement=+35% ms
Shadow Power-Shadow Glide=+40% ms
Tactical Advantage passive=+60% ms
Hot pursuit passive=+15% ms
So there are still
3 active skills available
1 passive skill available
I personnaly chose:
Sentry-Vigilant Watcher(last longer, and i can kite around with evasive fire while it shoots)
Preparation-Backup plan(because the core skills require a lot of disipline)
Cluster arrow-Shooting Stars(to spend my hatred quicklyand effectively)
Perfectionist-(reduce all disiplice costs by 20%, because most of my skills use discipline)
But why go so overkill?
I always liked the feeling of going superfast with my +526% faster run walk barbarian: http://youtu.be/hm19ltA8Tbg
from the rogue camp to the cathedral in a little bit more than 3 minutes!
This build becomes VERY fun when i equip a ebotdz because i do decent damage ,life leech to make it a VIABLE build. I hope to acheive the same this with this demon hunter because it is unique, viable and fun.
This is a witch doctor build based on spirit spells. It has no 'pet' elements, aside the Manitou and focuses mainly on the versatility of Haunt as a damage dealer. Synergy between Grasp/Greusome Feast as well as Soul Harvest keeps intellect very high. Mana efficiency is a key element supporting Pierce the Veil and can be adjusted as needed with glyphs. I see this as a great group build paired with a monk and enchantress follower.
The plan is an emphasis on single target DPS and mobility. Burst the target down with Rapid Fire on a Marked for Death target, slow enemies with entagling shot with chain gang. Vault to gain distance and multishot+ supression fire to keep up the vaulting.
Three main objectives here: dodge, speed and focus damage.
Way of Hundred Fists (Blazing Fists): Basic spamming skill plus the chance to increase the speed. Uses the fist 2 strikes.
Exploding Palm (Creeping Demise): Put in combo with way of hundred fists, using the third strike. Also the exploding chance (increased with the rune) make a good crowd control and AoE, like the corpse explosion of necromancer in Diablo II.
Inner Sanctuary (Safe Haven): Good skill to create a breath room in any case (plus the effect of regenerate life). Make a good start point to use seven-sided strike more cautiously.
Mantra of Evasion (Wind Through the Reeds): Increase the chance of dodge and up the speed with the rune.
Seven-Sided Strike (Sudden Assault): The one made for big guys, with the teleport bonus to decrease the distance with the target. (so sad that they removed Beacon of Ytar )
Dashing Strike (Blinding Speed): Decrease distances with targets, a good way to get out of trouble quick and the excelent dodge bonus provided by the rune.
Guardian's Path ( dual-wielding): More dodge bonus.
Here's a wizard build I'd consider very oriented toward arcane power regeneration so as to be able to spam big spells as much as possible. Big groups would be showered with blizzard and single targets would be disintegrated.
This build is fire oriented. With a focus on big damage, But it will account for letting me keep my distance by having zombie dogs do some crowd control, if things get crazy, i can explode the dogs. Overall I will need to load up on mana regen. But that is about all I have planned, just really want to play.
This is a monk build based around mobility. The mobility of the monk is really what drew me to the class so i made a build that really focused on speed.
Priamry Attacks
the primar attacks i choose are deadly reach and most impotantly sweepeing wind the idea is to have a charcter that is in motion as much as possible as you play why sweeping winds really apealed
Secondary
Oviously dashing strike, lashign tailkick is my other choice just because it is a quick spirit dump and i can rune it to have some crowed control elements
others
Inner sanctuarly for the crowed control. seven strided strike for the burst
passives
fleet foot oviously and 'one with everything' just sounds like it would be good for gearign only needing to focus on one ressistance
Probably a popular build, here is a cold wizard. Ray of Frost with cold blood makes it a primary damage spell, and Blizzard with snowbound makes it cost only 30. Then I threw in Frost Nova and Ice Armor for defense along with Mirror Image, and took Familiar with Sparkflint to increase damage.
Passives are Black Ice (naturally), Astral Presence, and Galvanizing Ward.
Cleave - I like the aoe component to this skill over Bash or Frenzy
Whirlwind - Once again, another strong area of effect skill.....besides it's Whirlwind
Warcry - I don't have too many defensive abilities so I figured this would help in that department
Leap Attack - Can't go wrong with this mobility tool.
Battle Rage - Who doesn't like more damage?
Wrath of the Berserker - I have to have at least one "I win" button.
My skill runes revolved around increasing my skills damage primarily.
Overall, this build should give me a strong foundation. It's a testament to Blizzard how much variety is found within D3's skill system. There are a lot of hard choices to be made and I'm excited to start experimenting in game. My build is going to be in flux for a long time. Bring it on.
I think it is a good build because it gives my wizard two elements from which to attack with. Originally, I would have had unruned Hydra because it did more Fire Damage than Mammoth Hydra (whats up with that?). But I realized that I could use another lightning based source of damage.
Another good part about this build is that everything here is attainable before level 30.at the very least, by the end of normal, I should have all my skills that I want, and then as I get the runes I like, we'll see how far I can take it.
Thanks for the Contest, and good luck to all the posters! Think I'll browse through some of these other builds for some later ideas.
alright this is a Zombie Doctor build.
you're gonna have you to be level 60 to unlock these.
i don't know how effective this build will be in inferno, but it will most likely be fun to play http://us.battle.net...Zkig!bfd!ccbcca
basically just do all the weird summons that are temporary.
plague of toads - rain of toads ------------- cause its cool
zombie charger - zombie bears------------- the novelty of them
grasp of the dead - rain of corpses-------- pretty cool
wall of zombies - dead rush------------------ even cooler
acid cloud- corpse bomb--------------------- oh yeah
spirit barrage - the spirit is walking--------- i guess you'll need some mana

I thought this'd be a good support build with a few heals and massive CC:

Whirlwind barb, focused on gaining rage and never running out of it so you can ww all day.
