Theres not much left in this thread.. is a almost postivly fake thing some random dude posted.
Q: What do you think of the game?
A: "Well, it feels weird playing through it and always seeing the artwork that you have created for the game. For example, I would be flying through Act 2 and see the Pillar Artwork I designed and be completely unfocused because I feel it never looks right. So it does take a lot of fun out of the game for me and others who work on it. But from an outside view, I would say this game is going to be addictive and fun."

"Traitors! Even in death, the armies of Khanduras will still obey their king!"
Probably fake, but it's VERY safe to say that the art team has had their jobs done as early as November or even before that. This guy stating November sounds late by Blizzard art standards, but it's believable considering how runes have been constantly changing this late in development.
Nearly every Blizzard game has had their art team sitting on their butts months or even a half-year before a game's release. This is because the art teams already have their art assets created and ready to go. Blizzard art teams ussually start working on future art assets for expansions or other projects while the other design teams work on polishing the current product. Either that of they have gotten laid off in small numbers or they have since pursued jobs at other companies. Nothing malicious though. Art teams that have worked on Blizzard products in the past were well respected.
As for the rest of "interview," I'm 70% sure it's fake but some of it could still be true anyways. If we all take the emotion out of it, it's obvious enough that the game wasn't 100% ready by Blizzard standards last year. If anything the nonsense happening in Korea was a blessing in disguise, seeing as it was a good reason to keep polishing the product. It's perfectly normal for some art guys to play through the game and be perfectionists about how an asset looks, feels or fits in with the rest of the environment. I think it's fake because of the dialogue he uses. Seems a little too wanton and not 100% genuine.

Also, if you take the emotion out, this is all news we already knew about and could easily have been just put together by the OP...but I'll wait for Jay's article!

What makes it more unbelievable for me is that the guy is a "whistle blower" and doesn't want to be identified but he flat out says "I'm the guy that made the pillars".

I don't buy it.
More than likely, he made a lot more than just pillars, and there were also several other people working on different pillars as well. There are lots of pillars in the game.

Sign of conspiracy theory.
Oh snap! Sign of a certain member of the art team getting the axe.
