So you have 2 computers, and want to play D3 on both of them at the same time?
For that you will need 2 copies of D3. Now, if you just want to install it on multiple computers you can do that as many times as you want.
Pretty sure if you're both going to be online at the same time you'll need 2 copies - I'm also guessing that if you even want to install it on 2 computers (so you could play in your basement or attic at different times) you'd still need two copies.
I believe STEAM games allow you to install on multiple boxes but only play on one at a time but Blizzard uses their own distribution system so even that option is out the window.

not true. you can take your install cds from anu blizzard game and install it on every pc in the world if you wanted. the only thing that matters is who the game is registered too. The cd key only works for one person so its binded to that bnet account.
The information can be passed around as much as possible but without your own key you cant do anything with it. Its not the game that matters its the key.

Went outside today, the graphics were ok. But the gameplay sucked
Its what i figured but was hoping for the best. And i believe cd key is not for one specific account. I believe i can play on my account, log out and have friend log in on my d3 copy.

CD Keys for Blizzard games attach themselves to your Battle.net profile, so 1 key per account. The only way your friend could play with your key is with you sharing your account (which is against the ToS for Blizzard).

Haha. If i gave you full story of my family i bet you would not believe it. But yes, very wonderful family
I'm not sure why anyone would expect differently? What other multiplayer game allows you to log on simultaneously with 1 account?
