I have an idea for puzzle rings. There usually comes a point in the season where I am sitting on a bunch of rings. That leads to trying to find a group that is in the same position as you (needs gold, has a surplus of rings). What if every ring placed in the cube multiplied the amt of gold rewarded for a vault run up to 9 times. The difficulty could also be raised per ring. Perhaps a "super vault" can be opened with 9 rings?
I only do vaults for the gems and legendarys at the beginning of the season. Doing vaults for the gold seems useless to me since you can never run out of gold if you don't empower every single rift. (btw if you complete a rift in S9 without dying you get another gem-level which makes your empowered rift less effective (25% more gem-levels instead of 33%))
After the first week of the season i would just hand the puzzle rings over to hagrid and cash in the free souls.
...as we all know, we can milk several goblins from the Greed as she tumbles against the walls.
However, the event could be rearranged so, that every goblin would be wealthier or different type than previous one but at the same time, Greed would eventually become deadlier and deadlier and finally kill player making all the loot vanish.
Thus it would be all about how far players dare to fish her and can they resist their own greediness?
Lore-wise it would mean that she gains power from others' greediness.
Your idea will not be valid ! Blizzard can careless about what we think. Btw having bunches of rings in your stash doesn't mean you have to do it, that's like forge hundreds of lengendaries to get souls. The vault is designed as part of game playing.
"I only do vaults for the gems and legendarys at the beginning of the season. Doing vaults for the gold seems useless to me since you can never run out of gold if you don't empower every single rift"
Vault gives you instant legendarys for soul why not? I'll choose to do it all day over rift !

tl;dr whether the OP's idea is valid or not has little to do with wether Blizzard listens or not.
Whether the OPs idea is valid or not is not dependant on whether Blizzard cares about our opinions/suggestions or not.
As a matter of fact their behaviour would indicate that they do care and listen, they have implemented much of what the community has suggested just often not exactly how it was suggested.
Moreover they have listened; you have recent examples in pretty much removing the benefit of +%EXP from gear after lvl70 a few seasons back or last season's perhaps poorly handled last minute change to RoE.
Arguably there is a tricky conundrum; what we want, what we need, what they think we need, what they think the game needs and what they can actually deliver are often very different and mutually exclusive propositions, more so considering that 'we' is as heterogenous as it comes.
As a matter of fact you will find that when making suggestions or putting ideas out there often people use the pronoun 'we' as in 'referring to a collective' (and some genuinely believe this is what they meant) when they are in fact using it as majestic plural.

The premise is flawed... you do not need to find a group to 'burn' the surplus of rings, you can do it on your own.
I suggest that...
