Hello all, just wanted to reach out to the community and show you the email that I have been receiving lately. It is obviously a scam attempting to gather your bnet account information. Blizzard will never ask you for account sensitive information, and thus it is a scam.
I must say though that every time I receive one my Beta hopes go crazy when I see the email topic on my phone, and go WOW I am in the... NOT

Greetings from Blizzard Entertainment!
We’re gearing up for the forthcoming launch of Diablo III and would like to extend you an invitation to participate in the beta test. If you are interested in participating, you need to have a Battle.net account, which you can create on our Battle.net website.
We will flag you for access to the Diablo III beta test when we begin admitting press. You do not need to go through the opt-in process.
To secure your place among the first of Sanctuary’s heroes,Please use the following template below to verify your account and information via email.
I've had one scam email come as well, a ways back. I'm not exactly sure how they got my email but I'd imagine it has something to do with one of the wow/curse affiliated sites I used in the past.
I've gotten this scam sent to my e-mail twice, as well as a "HEY! You're hacking WoW!" scam.
I haven't played WoW in 2.5 years.
Beware of these and, when in doubt, remember that Blizzard will NEVER ask you for your password, and if you are looking forward to a beta invite, to check your Battle.net account (https://us.battle.net/account/management/) first. Emails typically are late showing up after the accounts are flagged.
