First of all..
• The spammers, hackers or whatever have indeed heard about Blizzard not giving out links in their mails. So they have fixed so no direct link have bin created.
• Blizzard know if you HAVE an account and thus the information needed for you to get a betakey, however in the mail I have provided below it seems like the spackers (spammers + hackers) need you to send in info, ironicly to their: "noreply@blizzard.com"

I used to get emails like this a lot when I still played WoW. I don't know how they get your email since I never bought gold or did any of those "bad" things. I still get them occasionally, but much less since I stopped playing.
I get all my fake invites on the one email account i have that isnt connected to a bnet account thats also where i end up getting all my "your wow account will be suspended" mails, even thou i have no wow account!
