As a lead in for the following information, I'll begin by stating that this game is clearly made for pu**ies and 12 year olds.
Okay, lets start with the RMAH:
So as everyone knows and has debated continuously on every forum, there will be an auction house ingame that is dedicated to real money. Instead of having any sense of earning anything in the game you can simply go to the AH and buy your gear with real money. Those who choose to play the game within the boundaries of "Diablo 3" and let the game and the actions involved in playing the game determine where they stand will be at a complete disadvantage in every sense. Having taken out any chance for mistake or requirement of a thought process when developing your character, you will simply be as good as your gear is. If your build is different, no fret, you can change it on the spot. So considering your gear is what you are after, there is no point in spending the time to go through the game and farm out gear to make your character stand out due to the effort that was put in. That is because those who choose to put no effort in can simply purchase their gear with real money and be better equipped to play the game.
No stat/skill points
This is less of a concern of mine but it certainly caters to the pussies and 12 year olds, which are the ones defending this vehemently. Their argument is simply, "wow you must really like clicking buttons." Well for someone who is reasonably intelligent and maybe has some gaming knowledge, this isn't an issue at all. But for those that this caters to, it voids the opportunity to separate those who have the ability to pick a path for their character and think from start to finish about where each stat and skill should be placed. Now everyone will be in a nice fairyland where everyone is just like one another and there will surely be no mistakes. The worst is this combined with the RMAH because with no mistakes able to be made and all the best gear being simply purchased with real money, even less effort will be involved in maxing your character out.
PVP
This one is pretty easy. Gear received from putting effort into the game < purchased gear... The whole pvp system is also blown because of the fact that the game is, again, made for pussies and 12 year olds and they want their fairyland to take precedent over putting effort into balancing.
Casual
If anyone has watched any of the videos that were previously released, this word was thrown around quite a bit. It pretty much follows the line of who the game is being made for and is defined as "making the game incredibly easy with no challenge and effort required to play."
After level 30
Another recent topic that has been thrown around a bit is the leveling process beyond level 30. Considering all of your rewards that you receive are going to be attained at level 30, the process then becomes absolutely bland. Bashiok tried to defend this with stating that rewards will be increasing your runes and crafting ability but that simply isn't a reward. To gain a sense of achievement upon a level, you are usually granted a reward on the spot for leveling, without this the leveling process from 30-60 becomes 1 long boring level that is just a grind. Increasing gear and runes etc. is only to scale your character to the monsters your fighting so you... cast spell 3 times to kill monster at level 30 and cast spell 3 times to kill monster at level 59. No matter what your runes and gear turn out to be, it just scales up with the monsters your fighting.
To End
I probably forgot some things but the titles cover most of the stuff. Runes look good, actual gameplay looks good, otherwise the system is pretty awful.
