I mean his role for Blizzard other than make unnewsworthy posts and saracastic replies to other peoples posts? how does Blizzard justify keeping him on the payroll?
His job is to basically have the community interact with the game and it's developers as much as possible by talking to them, I.E. Interacting with the forums and answering questions or simply just talking to them about the game.
He also gives tidbits of info to keep people interested
if it were any other game they couldnt afford having such a terrible cm working for them. but sense its blizzard they can spit in are face and we will still buy there games.
