I LOVE the stained glass above the inventory/skill tabs, I think it goes incredibly well with the gothic theme of the game, and it just looks fucking incredible.
I like the characters that have been announced so far.
The rune system kicks ass, it reminds me of skill tomes from the first diablo :D.
The fact that they're trying to eliminate exploits like rushes.
The new skill system is great, I like how it all is one skill tree in a sense. It will make it much easier to diversify.
I like the random side quest system

"One in every 10 million people can potentially have a headache from this pill." God forbid she is the 0.000000001% of having a headache.
I started with Rock 'n Roll Racing for the megadrive.
Then i started to play Wc2 and Diablo 1 (both AMAZING games). I also played a bit of SC, but nothing more the singleplay. I've also played The Lost Vikings in GBA and thats a freaking amazing game. Of course, after that i played D2, WC3 and WoW.
I don't kno why, but i like the old blizz games more then the "new" ones. Diablo 1 is my favorite game of all times... I hope D3 can bring back my old times of blizz fanboy.
I love what they have done with the skill trees... Putting them all together was one of their best ideas. Maybe it will encourage cookie-cutter builds, but I don't care cause I play single player only.
I love the rune system, I can't wait to try it.
I love the time bubble of the wizard, it got me so excited it made me register in this forum (you can check my introduction thread if you want xD)
I basically love every bone they have thrown at us
lol, well, it allows many more cookie cutters..If all of them are cookie cutters, they scale them so they are not.
THUS, resulting in much less cookie cutters..

Did you guys have a long look at the awesome amount of detail in Diablo3? Just look at the screenshots for a couple of seconds, normaly you don't really see it. Just take a good look, you'll be amazed.
Yea, its amazing..
I remember looking at the detail the first time I saw the gameplay trailer; every object is SOO sharp, and detailed very slightly, to notice, but not so obvious.
Do you remember the critical hit marks, how small blood splashes landed on the barb..Everyone asked if it was scars. Bashiok said it was blood splatters. But they are so slight, but so well placed that if you play the game, you will always notice little tiny things!!

"Not Even Death Can Save You From Me" ~ Diablo (II)
it doesnt matter if we give thumbs up or down, they will do whatever they prefer better. i dont think they are lurking around this forum. and i cant say something nice, because those "nice things" can be seen only playing the game... since i havent (and we all ;)) played it i cant tell anything, the images and videos ive seen about D3 wasnt impressing me on the other hand it was really dissapointing...
well.......I'm sorry to hear that. I think its an amazing game. They seriously rethought every SINGLE part of Diablo II. They made it better, & more interesting.
Obviously many things will change in this phase of development. But, you must admire the attention to detail. I have never seen a company spend that much detail creating a game. If all game companies were like blizz (DAM YOU TREYARCH FOR COPYING COD4) the [game] world would be a better place.
I just don't think it is possible not to like what they have done. Even though you don't know for sure what they have done.. Just from looking at how much change they did from D2, but they are still able to keep the feeling of D2 in D3.
I don't think that anyone can really look at the graphics; I mean take a good amount of time staring at the detail. The different powers (which are only in pre-alpha phase). Look at all those things going on..
Then tell me that the graphics are too cartoony, and aren't d3 material..It is people that are so quick to insult things, that they have no idea about them; they make me sick..
It is interesting how their games aren't made of a few big mechanics, but thousands of small ones.
- Physics, clicking, leveling, skills, gold, quests, maps,
Each of those categories can be split in half MANY times to represent a mechanic in D3 (from our perspective, what we know so far)..
even the lore..They told us, that they will have a detailed story for EACH character, and each monster.. Try to comprehend how much that is to make, a good backround story for like 30 main characters (much more)..Also for each monster..

"Not Even Death Can Save You From Me" ~ Diablo (II)
I wouldn't trust any other company but blizzard to pull off a game like this.
I'd say that InfinityWard cares a lot about their games, like Cod4. But these companies have publishers (Activision), they are purely business. They know they make money no matter what..But, they keep it flooding in. The game must be in by its 1-2 year production time..

all of these things together and I'm wicked happy.
Oh and I also like how everyone sees their own loot.

no other company is really as cunning as blizzard is when it comes to making interface match the gameplay
and making the games both simple but complex lol
or more like simple to play difficult to master kind of games =3
and they specialize in RTS and RPG's which is wicked rare to see gaming companies who make those that are good lol
for the comp at least =3
Be my Buddy =^.^=
I'm dead serious, that if they expand, and move into FPS games, and fantasy, then I won't complain about games..
OOoo, imagine blizz makes a sandbox game..with their attention to detail that would be awesome..
hi dead serious im konata xD
Be my Buddy =^.^=
Why so serious?? lol
