We've all been to Tristam, in a dark monastery, through catacombs to the depths of Hell, across plains, swamps, into dark caves and forests. We've traversed desolate deserts and dangerous jungles, been to Hell, and back; And to the highest mountain tops.
So I got to thinking, what HAVEN'T we seen; and what type of dungeons or locales would you like to visit in Diablo 3?
I personally would enjoy visiting a great roman-like Colosseum where a possible boss battle would take place (and maybe a great place for PvP afterwards)
Or how about a ravaged city for us to run around in combating the evils of hell, like the Tristam of D2 but bigger.
The islands of Skovos are designed with Greek influences. However, we cant get to them in D3.

D3 Pros: Outdoors environment, night time environment, female Barbarian, rune spell system, the Wizard class
D3 Cons: Fantasy architecture, fantasy armor, fanstasy weapons, no shaders.
I like this topic. I wouldn't mind another starry realm kind of like the Arcane Sanctuary. Or Kabraxis' realm which is also described in a similar way.
Or maybe a catacomb like area that was a living breathing thing. Sort of like what italofoca said but even more fleshy with breathing, pulsating walls and barriers. Maybe the occasional hole where bile spews out of.
I kinda like the idea of a treetop village, at least for a portion of a level. They could be like the dungeons of the forest...right click a ladder on the tree to enter it.
Definitely a mind-bender like the Arcane Sanctuary.
And a demon-factory. We know they spawn crazy-fast and that they come from Hell, but what does it all look like?
A deserted city. You have to go halfway in before undead start coming out of the ground.
Dimebog: in terms of the places u would actually like to see.
How about giving ur character a single home in each town, with different stash caches, not where u actually sleep- that only worx for oblivion.
In diablo2 ur stash was this gifukkinormous chest that miraculously warped with u through every waypoint (i understand the mechanic here) but what if u had a different one in each town?

My English teacher would praise you for your sick (as in awesome AND disgusting) originality.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

But in actuality how about like a pine forest?

A Asian temple / Castle.
