First of all, obviously I knew that was not your post, thats why I laid out logic below it as to the reasons I believe you essentially agreed with Daemaro.
Oh you mean agreed with my most recent posts where all I said was I didn't want PKing completely gone I just wanted a button to toggle pvp games?

they need to have a button that can be clicked wehre the game is "hostile free" specifically for mfing and chaosing and baaling...

Arg I can't keep track of everyone's position throughout the thread, but once again I'm refuting people that try to argue something in a game is bad because it has fun at someone else's expense. And a toggle button seemingly gives people more options, but it actually restricts what players can do and limits what kind of player interactions they experience. Thereby making their playing experience more predictable, redundant, boring...

Which some people welcome. If they click the No PvP when making a game, it's safe to assume, they don't want PvP. There will still be plenty of PvP games I'm sure. Hell make it auto toggled PvP so people don't even realize.
While many of your correct points are basic stuff people know, a lot of the things you have said are critically biased.
Saying MFing is necessary in capital letters does not say anything about why it's necessary. In a balanced economy MFing only increases inflation by a large percentage. Do you realize this?
Allowing for people to lose items by getting them stolen while trying to transfer them or getting scammed in a trade window is simply bad for business. 99% of players out there will be pissed off when this happens and will not come to the conclusion that they want to be stolen from like you obviously have. Building safeties into the game doesn't kill the game at all. A sense of loss is acceptable, but a sense of getting stolen from is not. We try to disencourage thievery in the real world, as someone always gets hurt. Why is it any different in Diablo? You're point here carries no logical weight whatsoever and is simply what you want. It's not good for the popularity of the game at large.
PKing. This is disputable, but nothing you have said about it is particularly new or convincing. An equal if not larger population will fight your biased opinion on this.
Please think out your arguments better next time.
