I think blizzard will choose base on Age form d2 to make a choice on who's to be seen in d3 because the barbarian looks a lot older .Bet is he the same one from d2 or is he some other barbarian..and do you think they will do the same with other character age wise because if they were young in d2 will they be in d3 looking much older.
Pretty much is the Age factor the process of picking what character to bring back.

In D3
I have a bigger question, where are all these people coming from? The world didn't seem very populated back in D2 days. It's been 20 years, so are the new heroes the children of the few remaining survivors?
I wondering too about this AGe factor. This would be great if the character if time goes getting older and older.
And than Dead:) And i could have a baby:) So Diablo Sims:) Diablo Sims Rpg Action The BEst combination. Endless possibility:)
*sigh* If that was an attempt at humor, it failed so hard even Chuck Norris doubled over and went "oompf".

Yeah, the Barb in D3 is the same one from D2. But if this holds true for all come-back classes, it means no Necromancer. On the other hand, Cain still lives and he was old, too.
Deckard Cain is like the Dick Clark of the gaming universe. Is it any coincidence that they have the same initials? I must meditate on this in the Shrine of Humility...

Good question. Well, only a small portion of the world was explored in D2 -- and the parts explored were the ones that the demons also had caused the most havoc in, so it's safe to assume those would be the most sparsely populated areas.
As far as we know, the rest of the world was just "doing their thing" and not really completely aware of what was transpiring in places like Tristram and Kurast.
Bet ok one question in the video. There are monster bet there is a lot of light .It should have been a little more darker in the video is makes not sense that there are monster from hell bet it is pretty full of light in that are.Or will it change later on(pre-aplha) or not it is part of act 1 .There are monster everywhere bet it looks so peace full i wanted to see more death. In the air dead birds, blood somewhere to get the feel that Diablo is coming back to dame the world once again.

Probably will be later in the game.Because it's been 20 years and he have to get it done again on has face and in the conecpt art of .Him there is a blue tattoo on his face bet it is different so who knows.
I mean the necor is immortal or .What because he would be dead ,or really old in d3 its been 20 years and for the rest of the crew are like in there 20 or 30 in d2 so.
Although they are looking at age when choosing the original characters, i highly doubt this is the deciding factor or even taken into account weither they use them or not. Im sure its more around how distinct they can make that specific class.
I protest the notion of an "old-looking barbarian". If they were 20 in the original game, they'd only be 40 in this one, and hey, there are some damn fine-looking 40- and 50-year-olds running around out there of both genders!

I for one do not want to play as an old looking Barbarian.
