In the cinematic trailer. When it shows the thing that looks like D. Look closely...there are 3 heads. Perhaps the 3 prime evils have merged?!...am I the only person who's noticed this?

It would make some sense. Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal are names that each refer to the same entity, anyway.

I have two theories about this, one those are just awesome shoulderpads, and two Belial is said to have three heads soo that might be Belial.
