Still can't read some of the words. when you look at the full hi res vid clip at ign.. you get a better feel for what it will look like on your monitor fullscreen... and looks good to me.. nothing like WOW at all...
I think the potion slots you were talking about are bag slots like in WoW because in the video a small bag was dropped. Also i think shoulders are different then body, :/ also kinda like WoW...

Why is this a bad thing? This is just more items for us. You make it sound like WoW is a disease. D2 borrowed from WC2, WoW borrowed from D2.

Well i played the wow trial for all of about 10 minutes... just couldn't get passed the graphics wouldn't know about shoulder armour in WOW... I have played both Diablo 1 and 2 extensively and I can say that while D3 does look a bit different from it's predecessor's it looks nothing like WOW
and its not so much WoW sucked, its just Blizzard made WoW witch makes me worrie that its rubbing off too much on Diablo 3. I am still not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, I will just have to see.

What you're noticing is a major team shift between the 2 projects. Don't forget that only a few months into the development of WoW like half the studio (including Bill Roper, Lead Designer on Diablo 2) and a few founders of the company left because of "creative differences". This new art style is the new Blizzard.

I see it as a good thing, I believe blizzard is smart enough to keep the good stuff from D2 and take some of the good stuff from wow to enhance it with out turning it into WoW2...
I see the inventory as a good example... D2 with charms potions and tomes etc was frustrating that you could only loot 1-2 pieces before needing to sell/stash them

it was his hard work not mine.
I realise that I was just saying strange it's not incorporated into the body armour itself... kinda adds a whole new element

Get over it.
