D3 site won't open fully

I always get this:

"The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later."

Who knows what is the problem?

I would assume the 300,000 people that are also trying to see the website would have something to do with it. Perhaps.

www.blizzard.com/diablo3 doesn't work?
The eu.blizzard one or whatever gives me that. Go to blizzard's offical website not the eu one.
