Also, i think having a lot more blood in Diablo 3 would make it more realistic to hell. Hell seems hot, not bloody, besides the tortured souls and bodies, etc. BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A little bloodthirsty, huh? I agree, tho, more blood in Hell would be nice...
Well Diablo 2 did show a lot of blood leaking from creatures when they died and that, but Hell was like a volcano more than a place where people are facing eternal damnation.
I would like it to be like Titan Quest, but with more blood, dismemberment and ragdolls because I want to feel powerful when I kill my opponents. But please, don't change the isometric view!
-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD, baths of blood, rivers of blood, SEAS OF BLOOD, RAINING BLOOD, BLOOD ON FIRE!!!!!!! DISMEMBERMENT AND MUTILATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Diablo is Isometric, TQ uses a similar view point, so it is Isometric.
Isometric is typically identified by its orientation and how the walls angle.
Isometric—This is one of the most widely used 3D views. You may have seen this view in games such as Diablo (see here) or Electrotank's Mini Golf. It is used frequently because with this view you can get away with graphical tricks that reduce the work of both the programmer and the graphic artist.
Here's a pic which hopefully better explains/displays what it is to be isometric.
Almost any game with walls and/or buildings or other such feature on the same angle will be generally be Isometric.

If you want to arrange it
This world you can change it
If we could somehow make this
Christmas thing last
By helping a neighbor
Or even a stranger
And to know who needs help
You need only just ask
The Burning Hells is a rather large place. Also, if the Hell in D1 is the same as the Hell in D2, which is known as the Burning Hells, the D1 Hell wasn't nearly "burning" enough.

I consider that to somewhat be a responibility of mine here, to get people thinking about the lore, backstory and history of the locations, characters in the games.
I don't mind if you are only interested in playing the games, as well who here doesn't nobody that who, if they did they shouldn't be here, but this series has a lot more going on than just running around killing stuff, it only requires you to slow down and smell the roses so to speak.
Not that other games don't have this too, I'm just not a fan of people who say diablo is nothing but mindless killing.

So you want isometric view + Titan Quest graphics?
Yeah, that's right. They could make it looking like diablo2 or titan quest or even better looking than titan quest, as long as the view doesn't change to "see your character from behind and move the camera to look around" crap, it's ok by me. Nothing against this type of camera, I just think it wouldn't fit diablo as this would change the gameplay a lot and I bet most of the fans don't want this.

I'm not that kind of person if thats what you think hehe. But i have to agree, it is supposed to be the burning hells so thats probably why there isn't as much blood, but aren't demons supposed to be bloodthirsty cannabalistic creatures?
I think a bit more blood in Diablo 3 would'nt hurt.
but aren't demons supposed to be bloodthirsty cannabalistic creatures?
No.
Some take joy in watching others suffer. Others enjoy making others suffer, not all demonsare are mindless killing machines, the best demons in games and literature often are the cold, malicious calculating ones.

The best demons yes, and i would say the prime evils and the lesser evils would fall into that catagory but the greater majority of lesser demon underlings and rabble would be Sadistic bloodthirsty creatures. Take the Fallen, Dark Rangers and Tainted/Mishapen from d2 Act one as an example.
Not every demon can be a cold, malicious, methodic calculating genius.

I admitted that. I do enjoy a really bad ass heartless, mindless seemingly unstoppable killing machine.

What if for Diablo 3 Blizzard decides to go for a look similar to this but from a top-down isometric point of view like before?
