You, sir, should be working for Blizzard! You seem to know exactly what Diablo III lacks before it's even released! I'm sure Blizzard took absolutely none of these obvious ideas into consideration at one point or another during the game's development.
I agree with everything except I'm unsure about the Town Portal and Identification skills, and I'm totally against Merc only items.

nice name btw

Ranger - Ranged Weapon Mastery (fire a bow or javelins like a machine gun!), Traps (MK style!), Pets (lions, tigers, and bears oh my!) - physical damage based
Demonologist - Bone Spells (Necro style!), Avatar (shapeshift into a demon!), Furies (evil spirits that hang around you, giving party bonuses) - mix of physical damage and magic
LEAP ATTACK!!!!! PLAGUE OF TOADS!!!!!
SLOW TIME!!!!!
You're one of a kind then, because most people would at least agree on the very obvious ones such as stash size, difficulty of finding runes, and fully equipable merc.

Lace me with the words of destruction and I'll explode, but supply me with the will to survive and watch the world grow.
So it would essentially be a feature no one would use then.
Not necessarily. Its hard to find godly gear, but people still mf. Its hard to create a perfect % rune word, but people still work their butts off to collect runes and create it over and over again until its good enough, or even perfect. A feature no one would use, I dont see how you came to that conclusion.

No more mule characters please. Just give us a big place to store our stuff, larger than the chest from Diablo's of old.
Maybe even make it so that characters bound to a single account can access other characters gear(have no idea how difficult that would be but just an idea)
Having to go through 6 characters looking for 1 item that you got a month ago is kind of annoying.
I think Blizzard really has an opportunity here to push the online experience with the genre. Including online content updates, a GM presence, guilds events, pvp areas open to the public - basically pushing the hack and slash online experience more towards that of a traditional MMO
A new feature i would like to see in D3 is for the unique items, give them so a unique look on the character too, unlike D2 when you would wear an ancient armor and another unique item which is is the same armor type category they would look the same.
I would like to see something truly unique for each unique items, something that other people could see on screen on the other characters without asking the other guy " hey what's your armor/weapon/etc".
Here's others that i don't think needs explaining.
-A very big storage place for all your stuff.
-The ability to give gears to your other characters without having someone to give the item to then come back and exchange again.
-No more having to repair.
-Crafting.

Agreed on all points.
Stash was never enough space, and since we could mule by moving characters in and out, we should have had a shared stash.
Repairs became outdated the moment they brought in self-repairing and indestructible items.
The 'crafting' in D2 was an utter chore, with no in game place to show recipes.

i agree... if you wanna play mmo... just wait the new Blizzard MMO thats to come (secret).
no mmo... NO MMO...
just Battle.Net
NO MMO... in my opinion, a "World of Diablocraft", would only screw the story of DIABLO.
A skill that mirrors attacks (visually). Maybe witch doctor could have it.
Not like iron maiden, where life just drops. but if someone / thing fires a fire ball @ witch doctor, he can absorb it and send it back. I think skills like that would be fun.
I think there should be a search skill so you can find really hidden loot which would be really awsome loot. Like "Chance to find magic item" but instead "Chance to find hidden item". Keep them both but I think it would be cool to search for it. You can add it to the skill tree or use rings, amulets etc. or both to increase your chance to find. They would be extra places, not the normal ones like chests and bookcases etc. Remember the wall in the jail level you pushed and opened, but it will only open if your skill was high enough. There would be no way to tell anything is there unless you succeed.
They're all good ideas and I commend you for coming about them on your own, but there is a whole thread devoted to this here that's been around for ages and is not inactive: http://www.diablofans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1287&page=146. Please use the search function
