warlock (not like the wow one) A supernatural character whose sinister powers are inborn abilities, not spells. -lots more quests 27 is not enough (30 with v1.12) => arena quests (last man standing), can place bets on multiplayer quest based on class (everybody does the same quest but it differs depending on which class you are) quests differ depending on faction (evil person could choice not to kill something, or they could choose to kill a good guy instead of save him) -quests that dont appear in quest log, (gheed wanted a gem a small weapon some gold or something didnt he) -quests that are normal/nightmare/hell only -some quests that are single/multiplayer only, -quest exp (getting exp just for finishing quest) -better quest rewards, also quest rewards improve with difficulty (such as 1 socket/imbue in normal, 2 in nightmare and 3 in hell) -higher max skill level (20 it too low, I know skills go higher than this but you can only add to a skill 20 times, then it stops) -an arena for dueling -higher max level -protect village (for x amount of time) quests, alternative invade x village (evil) I love these quests -taking on castles/fortresses full of demons, -the cow suit guy from weapons more powerful than elite -characters to have a voice (can import voice if u wants to) -unofficial titles by which townsfolk refer to you kind like fable => For killing a few witches get a witchhunter title For killing a few daemons get a daemonhunter title and so forth -more people who unofficial follow you like the barbarians in act 5 -definitely no GUNS, definitely no GUNS or vampires, and half human/half something stupid, elves, dwarves, orcs, as a playable character (god I hate people who want these things) -also witches should be like adria in d1, or the corrupt rogues, not as a playable character -more villages/towns/cities, some ruined like tristram -villages full of possessed people -random npc adventurers (some dead and you can loot their stuff) -random people who give you a quest or two -more people in town to talk to, that don’t sell/give quests to you, like farhnam and geglash (yes people out there like to talk to these people) -more gems/better version available earlier in the game -more transmutable items -more craftable items -you can receive quests from monsters (like gharbad and snotspill in diablo) -more enemies that have a voice and say more than one line (like snotspill, zhar the mad, lazarus, gharbad) -bring back the butcher warlord of blood and the skeleton king -a random evil/good version of you, wandering around (like pokemon but not as lame), could be interesting -bring back the black knights from diablo, they were so cool bursting into flames when they died -a few quests where you are able to potentionally weaken a boss, (Na krul form hellfire, reading the books weaken him) -bring back the cornerstone of the world so you can trade between your chars, without having someone say they'll help then steal your items) -trophies to swing it -if you are evil (faction Hell), you can attempt to steal items from shopkeepers (click button next to repair) -bring back the kill counter -items dump in piles that you click on and it brings up an inventory, (like neverwinter nights and Baldur’s gate) I hate just seeing piles of gold and items everywhere -more Scottish or Irish npcs like Griswold and Cain -belts auto fill, like how if you have a column empty on your belt and you pick up a potion in fills up, do that same thing with potion from inventory, if you have room, potions automatically go into your belt -since it will be similar to wow, guilds will be cool
-Upgrades and add-ons to your armor (so you don't have to buy new armor) -Upgrades and add-ons to your weapons as well. -A secret Cow Level. -More good characters gone bad like Griswold. -After you die in Hard core you can still walk around in town/heaven. I think that this heaven and hell thing is a cool idea, but the way to decide if you are good or evil, should be determined by your actions troughout the game, kind of like... that star wars game, knights of the old republic i think, and some of your skills should be only available if you are good or evil.
yeh but doing that one can also become effectively a neutral person. also one could switch sides, from good to evil and vice versa. which may be a little hard to do with the programming of diablo3 seeing as it seems it will be influenced by wow on a large part(factions and possibly guilds)

different types of currency would be cool.. also finding special ancient money to trade in...also having people you can rescue from towns as new characters that can follow you around and help you...
i like the rescue thing, might add it the the master list of ideas

well you cant have too many defensive class's because well you still have to have the single player aspect. of the game and that would be hard to play as a priest and not constantly die. then again if you have fighter/healer you have the spammed class thats bound to get nerffed to pieces.
