It appears In-Geom is currently bugged and doesn't work. I equipped it on my wizard and all my skills trigger their normal cooldowns, Explosive Blast is nowhere near being instant (without 6 seconds cooldown).
I confirm. It doesn't work for any skill at the moment. I've tested it with Archon, Black Hole, Molten Impact, Explosive Blast and Teleport. Nothing changed.
Also,
1) Teleport (Wormhole) buff is no longer shown. I suppose this is because there're too many buffs shown already?
2) Thunderfury and such weapons, when equipped on followers, no longer proc Tal Rasha's meteors. It still does so on current live version.
it's ~50% uptime, but unity does not work if they are summoned by the set anyway.
And it was more of a fun idea...with 4 people running the full set + arcstone rings you would have atleast one set "active" and therefore create something like a net of pulses...IF(!) it works with ashearas
The proc chance and range for Arcstone is incredibly low. With 2 people running pretty close to eachother we saw it proc with 10-30sec intervals and it barely touched t6 mobs.
The ring seems fun, but it's in need of a buff to become more than just fun.

According to the legendary mechanics thread it does work, and the information seems correct. It does cap to how much damage reduction it can give though, which is probably where you get the impression that it doesn't work. You'd need the full bevy of Asheara's for it to work as more than token DR in a group if you have unities everywhere anyway.
I know from last season that when my asheara's procced my unity turned on.
I noticed, if you select that you want to craft 2+ items, it instantly crafts all items, not one by one. Which is awesome.
Yep. It's in the official patch notes. I could complain now that I wasted 3 hours last week to upgrade 3000 of each gems from Marquise to Imperial... but on the other hand, I was watching TV during that time so who cares. But not upgrading any more gems for now ;-)

Thunderfury and other items never proc'd Tal's meteors, unless they have elemental damage bonus and you use basic attacks (which followers do). Can you try it with other weapons that have elemental damage, or try it yourself with a basic attack?
does the pulse have some kind of "direction"? I ask because it seems to be important for the damage calculation. which player's weapon damage is taken into account? and if you put it on a follower and the pulse is "coming from the follower" the damage would be really low.
It seems to work exactly like the Maximus fire chain. We only tried it for 1 rift and it never even got a killing blow on white skeleton mobs so we didn't really bother figuring out who's weapon dmg it used etc.
If I were to guess I think it works like this:
When it procs, a chain shoots between both players and both players get a hit calculated by their own ring dmg% and weapon dmg.

If you could get 100% uptime they would be. 16 unities in play? Yes please!

That is Lamentation, not new. I've got it on Season 2 on Live.
Crafting gems now make all the gems at once.
Can you post a picture of that?
@Pigmeu: It's in the official patch notes.
In addition to ROS Hellfire Rings and Amulets being level 70, Vanilla HF Rings are level 63.
Stormshield's reduce melee damage range is back down to a max of 30%. Unless I'm wrong I seem to remember it being up to 50% last patch or something.
It seems that blacksmith can now properly recycle magical and rare items from caches with salvage all button.

my bad oO
All shoulders can always roll with CDR ;-)

Orlash not only using Lightning breath and mirror image, he also use waller affix and no longer hide himself.(Tested in GR 47)
