Unity offers absolutely one of the best culture in D3.

Every member is respectful, ready to help and play for fun! Most members are great players but there is no room for any sort of elitism, trolling or flaming. We can count on the fact that when Unity Clan starts seasons anew everyone will be keen to share with clannies and help each other gear quickly. That's the major part of loot hunting fun! I'm proud that Unity members often offer help and guidance to new players in Unity League Community.

I don't share certain clan's philosophy of "you've gotta have thick skin or be able to take harsh criticism to join us because we are elite players". Unity is a constructively competitive top tier clan. That means the right way of offering advice to a fellow player is helping each other improve while being respectful of one's opinion and play style. That means when we are tempted to speak or point fingers, we treat others as you would have them do.

What are the time requirements? I only play maximally 2 hours during weekdays because of work and maybe get 4-6 hours in on a Saturday or Sunday depending on my schedule.

Only play weekly at least. Though most members play much more than that.
