I just picked up they're new "Viva La Vida", and it's great. Has anyone else followed them? What do you think of the new CD?

I used to like Coldplay a lot more. But they got progressively worse with each album. And their songs just started sounding more and more the same. Their first album is the only one I still actually enjoy.

And now, they just sound so generic, and their lyrics are embarrassingly bad. Which is strange because I usually don't pay attention to much to band lyrics. But I found them to be so bad that I would be too embarrassed to listen to Coldplay loudly in my car with the windows down.
