I just got the OST for the Cowboy Bebop series by 'The Seatbelts' and have to say this has to be some of the most interesting and refreshing music I've heard in a long time. Normally I don't like jazz but I love most of this stuff, and the blues and folk songs are right to my taste. Some of the electronica is also pretty good, which is surprising as I find most hard to listen to.
