This build is based on the good old saying "the best defense is a good offence".
With all plus to dmg buffs going you get +174% dmg to every attack.
You have to have someone with you to activate guiding light.
My only real concern is, does breath of heaven count as a "direct heal skill on another player" to activate guiding light????
I just dont think you have enough survivability. Your only sustain / defensive move is breath of heaven which has a 15 sec cool down. When you hit late hell or inferno and you take a big chunk of hp, you bust that out and you are fine but then you are completely screwed for the next 15 secs and it seems like shit is gotta it HARD and FAST in inferno
At max dmg the monk is as deadly as a stuffed kung fu panda doll!

Yes, Breath of Heaven is classed as a direct heal, whereas Mantra of Healing for example is not.
Your build might do alright, but could be a bit boring to play.
