I am curious as to know a bit more about peoples experiences on the (RM)AH’s.
1) How much gold do you currently have?
2) How much Blizzard Account money do you have?
3) Have you ever deposited real money?
4) What has been your best ever sale?
5) Do you like/enjoy the AH meta game?
6) Do you have any good tips to give about the AH’s?
Please don’t reply with too many sarcastic remarks..
I will go first to be fair.
1) 240 million
2) $72
3) No
4) $42 to my pay-pal for some rare pants about 3 months ago
5) Only recently because I started playing it for an hour a day everyday for the last month and have made at least 1 sale every day (Average sale is $3.50). (todays sale was a lvl 21 rare chest with 30 dex, 20 vit, +exp and 2 sockets for $4.10… which I bought for 200k gold..)
6) Low level items sell a lot faster and for a better markup % than lvl60 items as there is less competition.
Would be interested to hear other peoples love/hate relationship with the AHs and
success or failure stories.
4) $250 Ice Climbers, $250 Chantodo's Will, $250 Triumvirate, $250 Mempo of Twilight, $250 Witching Hour, $250 Lacuni Prowlers, etc.
5) AH is a side game. I play it out of occasional necessity.
6) Campers and snipers win. Those with patience in general will win. In other words, those who are unemployed in real life and enjoy stalking items on the AH will beat out people who actually play the game. I am employed and I don't have time to camp the AH. I have buddies who camp for me

Can I borrow some of your buddies? They seem like they have done a good job for you so far.
I am also employed and have a wife and 2 boys under 2... So the chances of me having the time to snipe items...ha.
Seems like you 3 have all made a lot of gold and 1 or more $250 sales.. awesome.
Can I ask you 3 some more questions..
1) How much time do you think you have spent on the AH's since release?
2) Have you played continuously since D3 release or had long breaks?
3) Are you a student, employed or neither? If employed -what do you do? Or if a student - what do you study?
4) Do you do any other trading or play betting games? Eg FOREX, blackjack or have sold items on other games before?
1) How much gold do you currently have? - 4.2billion
2) How much Blizzard Account money do you have? - $237
3) Have you ever deposited real money? - Nope
4) What has been your best ever sale? - Sold a single item for 1.2billion
5) Do you like/enjoy the AH meta game? - Yes
6) Do you have any good tips to give about the AH’s?
Buy small and sell big. Don't forget to make time to farm though. Playing the game is primary for me and the AH game is second. I have sold nearly equally the same number of items on the AH that I have found in game as I have found flipping.
