The only real question is... Which one contains the fight between Tyrael and Imperius?
I'm guessing that their fight is in the End of Days video, where Imperius casts Tyrael down to Sanctuary. I'm not certain anymore that there is a major conflict between the 2 of them considering the I vs. D images in the later acts.
I'd place my bet on the Sacrifice video, not the intro one, tbh. From what we've seen, it would be hard to fit any new scenes to the intro cinematic - it just seems "complete":) I'm guessing that Tyrael vs Imperius fight is somewhere in Act I/II cinematic. I think that it's when we find out that the stranger is Tyrael and hear his story.
That's what I'm thinking too. When we get to the bottom and find where the star landed, we will find Tyrael and he will tell us what happened (enter cinematic).
i find it quite amusing that "justice will fall" ... isn't tyrael the archangel of justice ? ^^
Yes, and from what I'm thinking.. He will literally fall.
I think that one of the things "Wrath" showed us is that angels bleed this glowing substance and since the hole the fallen star caused is laced with a similar looking substance its probably an angel for sure and most likely Tyrael. Imperius is kinda all red and wouldn't bleed blue.
I think that at first we don't know Tyrael is Tyrael, but we discover it due to some events in the end of Act I (sacrifice?) and the fight between Imperius and Tyrael plays as he reveals his true identity and explains his fall from the Heavens.
Something along the lines of - "you know, I dicovered that Belial is having a party somewhere in your world, so I rushed to warn you guys, but big bad Imperius kicked my butt and I sorta crashed into your cathedral".
Why would he tell us who he is right when we meet him? Well, hee could have some issues with his memory (falling from the sky on your head can cause a freakin amnesia, you know), or he can choose to stay in disguise (maybe to avoid being targeted by angels/cultists).
I think that something very important happens at the end of Act I that basically forces Tyrael to reveal his true identity and tell us his story.
we could "rescue" him and then once he finds out that we are with Cain he will be like "Hey buddy i remember you from D2!"
@snowbrew That's a ton of angel blood if that's the case. Although, the crash could have temporarily destroyed the form of Tyrael that we know and what we meet is a weakened form of him. I don't think he would be at full strength after a fall like that, so he will need our help to regain his strength.
Leah(Diablo) has the black soulstone and wants to use it to capture the souls of Belial and Azmodan and use the power of the crystal arch to reform Tathamet
Nice one. I think youre spot on.
The second coming of THE PRIME EVIL is upon us! These spoilers are just hyping me up to play the game!
Surely there has to be more to it than that. You can find out that much JUST from the black soulstone cinematic and reading about Anu and Tathamet on Diablowiki.

Perhaps you're right. It's possible that his physical form was destroyed and his either too weak to risk telling anyone who he really is, or he simply doesn't remember anything except the stuff we need to do for him.
Looking at the screen shot of Imperius bleeding out and seeing the change in his armor color from bright oranges and yellows and reds to that dull muted gray, i think that the armor is directly related to their life force. So, I'm not sure if they can be killed or not, but if that ghostly looking stranger is Tyrael I'm sure he will have to go through some process of getting his armor back, kind of like the archangel equivalent of corrupting a host.
@lordofterror, i don't think that will happen this time around. We have to stop Diablo from doing that and save sanctuary after all. Keep in mind Tathamet is an equal match to Anu who for all we know was the most powerful entity ever to exist. If Diablo succeeded in reforming Tathamet we would be screwed no doubt.
Bramble beat me to it! and so did Iodine!

I didn't watch the video but I use Handbrake on my MBP for video conversions as well. It's free and works great.

True.
