Only very small minimal quality of life changes. Why wasn´t this in the game a year ago? I am so disappointed I guess it´s path of exile from now. I know it takes time to get everything set and done when applying even small changes, but imho some larger changes are needed to get Diablo III back on track. This saddens my heart

I know it's hard to believe but they can't do it all in one day. There will be no miracle patch. It's piece by piece as it has been for the last year and the game has improved greatly.
Actually I'm not even sure this is a serious post, these notes have been around for weeks, even a month.
These patch notes are slightly different than what we've seen before though. The list of enemies that have had their exp 'modified' is significantly larger for example.
So is this the famous LOOT upgrade patch ?? ..or is that still being worked on? PVP ever come out?
no and sort of.
They didn't say which patch will have the loot improvements (legendaries that are the same level as monsters that dropped them). For now its just 4 player FFA screwing around pvp with no death in HC.
The PVP patch was always set to be 1.1.0. My prediction for that patch is a bunch of people returning, getting rocked in obsolete gear, then spending the next 6 months complaining about how gear shouldn't matter in pvp instead of farming new gear, then quitting the game but sticking around on the forums and fan sites to complain about the game.
The stack size for gold sales on the auction house has been increased from 1 million to 10 million
The following monsters have their experience and chance to drop loot modified to better align with their hit points.
These seem to be the only changes that I see which are different from the previous PTR patch notes.
Speaking of changes Overneathe, is there a way to find out more about the Anniversary change, specifically what the bonus to MF/GF I'm guessing it will work similar to a MF/GF shrine and just give a standard 25+ MF/GF and hopefully this can go beyond the cap as well or else seems pretty pointless for those at P100 or have max Mf/Gf
As for loot drop rates, I'm not really sure if there are just generally nerfs or a combination or buffs and nerfs to drop rates to the different monsters. Some of these monsters can have quite a bit of HP especially in terms of MP scaling... Probably need to test.

I'm surprised(?) they didn't try to squeeze in more maps for brawling, the scorched chapel must seems pretty bland by now. As I wonder if the PvP patch will still be set to 1.1.0 or just thrown out altogether, perhaps the main focus will be itemization in 1.1 now...

And there were more pressing matters from retail than these "minor" quality of life changes. They had to rebalance Inferno to make it playable for the majority of players without using cheesy tactics (grave ressing, perma smoke screen and others), improve legendary items, crafting and PvP (which got screwed quite bad in my opinion).
I agree Blizzard is taking very cautious steps, even too much for my taste, but i'm quite happy that they are still working on this game to make it more enjoyable every time.
The stack size for gold sales on the auction house has been increased from 1 million to 10 million.
I'm guessing this is to curb third-party gold sales (which is 100m per $3)
Blizzards new stack size = 120m per $3 ( that is when it drops to 25 cents per stack)
I think it's probably so people don't have to buy gems and then sell them for gold in order to get a reasonable value. Still, I think they should have changed it to 100 million per stack since their track record on responding to drops in the market price of gold is so terrible.
EDIT: I forgot to say this, but I don't think it has much to do with 3rd parties because they'll always be cheaper than the market in game since Blizzard adds value for security, plus much of the 3rd party gold is stolen.

All-in-all it's just another band-aid solution, it'll reach 10 mil @ 25 cents AKA as 1 mil for 2.5 cents soon enough.
They probably should have raised it even higher and just let the math work itself out. Its not that hard to convert... or for those mathematically challenged I'm sure someone would create a conversion tool or have it real time in some RMAH tracker somewhere.
So the market value will change from 25m/1€ to 40m/1€? Crazy... I guess that's why gems are getting even cheaper on RMAH right now (currently 33-34m/1€).

If we had a way of knowing these we would've posted them already.
I dont want to lose my fanboy card or anything, but after giving a few other shall-not-be-named betas a try over the last month or so, i can officially say for the record that significant change in this game takes way too long for a flagship AAA outfit, no matter how "right" they are trying to make it. Im not going to quit or stop my P100 grind, but i no longer feel any urgency to log in. I wish it felt like i was missing out on something when i wasnt logged in. I dont feel like im missing anything, i no longer daydream of upgrades or specs. I want my fire back, this patch isnt lighting it.

Getting rocked by who? I bet more people will be returning than are still playing the game.
Um, I wouldn't recommend playing for a little while. There's a gold dupe bug on the RMAH and people are stockpiling several TRILLION gold. Rollbacks are most likely imminent (and after I just grabbed a decent pair of Nat's boots, that I can actually wear).
