After a long time I was almost certain that my first class would be the barbarian.... Now i am back to square one with these awesome Demon Hunter skills... Thank you Blizzard!

The little boat gently drifted across the pond exactly the way a bowling ball wouldn’t...
You've got to be kidding me with the skill calculator... surely ANYONE using a web skill calculator would be interested in ADVANCED tooltips, not retard friendly ones. I can't make any informed decisions using these tooltips. It looks pretty though. Better than what I've seen from in game videos in fact.
Edit: Oh wait, they added a tooltip for all the rune descriptions. Seems silly, but at least the information is available.
Might want to check that link for the game guide, I can't tell if it's actually pointed to a phishing site or if they just screwed up the link, but it should link to http://us.battle.net/d3/en/game/
You can find each skill video we've posted on the appropriate skill page in the Game Guide, or simply click the links below to watch them in action. Keep your eyes on the environments that these demon-slaying displays take place in, too — you'll notice a few unfamiliar, exotic locales.
Edit: Looks like they accidentally posted internal links, nothing sinister.

Do a control F5 to do a proper refresh, should look much better.
oh no, thats there link for testing things, and there DB...ect..ect all the links actually linked to that when they first posted it, and I updated the post once they fixed it, but I must have missed that one =)
The coolest thing about these video's was the art design of the acts / zones, wow all of them looked AMAZING, see the Wizard - Mirror Image one towards the end, wow that's gonna be 1 awesome zone to play in. And even the more subtle area's like the Monk - Serenity, how amazingly well the graphics are done with the grass, and everything else wow I cant wait to play this....
I think they underestimate the number of people that don't like the current chat interface. For me, in it's current state, I probably won't even enter it unless I'm looking for some type of item-to-item trade. It's hard to read, you can't click on names, you can't link items etc.. It's just a shame. Because millions of people will be playing D3, but it will only feel like a few dozen people are playing, and those are the people that will be on my friends list.
The new battle.net post just strengths my belief that they are rushing little things in the last weeks to make the release go and fix minor issues later. The Battle.net being ready is for sure a good thing, as what is left to test is only the rune system, that they've been testing for a while.
So, I would say they are finishing market details with retailers and we will have the release date announcement in the next 2 weeks. A viable release date would be early April.
@Roger. I agree the battle.net 2.0 being ready for release is a HUGE thing!!!!
as you say the fact that theyll tweak etc certain things only after release is also a good sign.
We are definately in the home stretch now!!
early April you say...hmmm.....possible.....hope so
Battle.net being ready is a huge step. When SC2 was in beta, the biggest problems and the reason the beta lasted for so long was B.net not working like it was supposed to.
It has to be getting close because I can't think of anything but polish left before release.
I don't mind the current skill system. I preferred the look of the old runes, but I'm fine with not grinding for them, it gives more option for PvP IMO.
There's still the loot to take into account for PvP, but the skill will have an important part, and it's a good thing.
I dunno, I'm still pretty bummed out by the whole rune removal thing. Especially since it's fixed levels you get them.
I was enjoying the idea of farming/hunting down runes, and I feel it takes away from the game. The initial rune system they had might not have been the ideal one, but I'm sure Blizzard could come up with something else, instead removing runes and throwing it into the skill tree.
Somehow, Diablo3 seems less and less promising for every step towards release... BUT! One must always stay positive, I still think Blizzard will deliver a great game, and I will still play the hell out of Diablo3. Who knows, perhaps in an expansion we'll see something like it, when they have more time to work it out.
Don't even mention SC2 battle.net! I'm still furious about how crappy the custom map listing system is. The chat channels and everything is terrible. Battle.net 2.0 interface is definitely the weak point of Blizzard.

Now, let me share my Rocket Master Demon Hunter build, master of the homing missile.
Please click here.

My PvP build would be different from these 13.

Diablo III is $50; MSI GT683DXR-423US Gaming Laptop is $1,599; Playing Diablo III w/ my wife & 2 brothers is PRICELESS
I take it they put in Monk weapon attack animations, at least is what it seems to me.
And the huge weapon in the WD Acid pool video....great!
Now I just need the game.....
I'm pretty sure those are just normal attacks. They dont want to use a fist skill in a video that is showcasing a specific skill
