Shoot a deadly Poison Dart that deals 185% weapon damage as Poison and an additional 40% weapon damage as Poison over 2 seconds.
Splinters

Shoot 3 Poison Darts that deal 110% weapon damage as Poison each.
Piranhas Piranhado

Cost: 250 Mana
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Summons a pool of deadly piranhas that deals 400% weapon damage as Poison over 8 seconds. Affected enemies will also take 15% increased damage.
Piranhado

The pool of piranhas becomes a tornado of piranhas that lasts 4 seconds. Nearby enemies are periodically sucked into the tornado.

Increases the cooldown to 16 seconds.
Big Bad Voodoo Slam Dance

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Conjure a Fetish that begins a ritual dance that increases the attack speed and movement speed of all nearby allies by 15% for 20 seconds.

The Fetish increases the damage of all nearby allies by 15%.
Fetish Army Head Hunters

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Summon an army of 5 dagger-wielding Fetishes to fight by your side for 20 seconds. The Fetishes attack for 180% of your weapon damage as Physical.
Head Hunters

Summon an additional 2 Hunter Fetishes that shoot blowdarts at enemies, dealing 130% of your weapon damage as Poison.
Spirit Walk Jaunt

Cooldown: 10 seconds

Leave your physical body and enter the spirit realm for 2 seconds. While in the spirit realm, your movement is unhindered.

This ability does not start its cooldown until after its effects expire.
Jaunt

Increase the duration of Spirit Walk to 3 seconds.
Gargantuan Wrathful Protector

Cooldown: 60 seconds

Summon a Gargantuan zombie to fight for you. The Gargantuan attacks for 450% of your weapon damage as Physical.
Wrathful Protector

Summon a more powerful Gargantuan to fight for you for 15 seconds. The Gargantuan's fists burn with fire, dealing 575% of your weapon damage as Fire and knocking enemies into the air.

Fetish Sycophants

When you hit enemies with your spells, you have up to a 15% chance to summon a dagger-wielding Fetish to fight by your side for 60 seconds.
Pierce the Veil

All of your damage is increased by 20%, but your Mana costs are increased by 30%.
Spirit Vessel

When you receive fatal damage, you automatically enter the spirit realm for 2 seconds and heal to 50% of your maximum Life.

DiabloFans have still not implemented all 2.1 Features so I couldn't Fill in all the requirements correctly!

1H: Should be "The Dagger of Darts" and it is REQUIRED for this build. "Your Poison Darts and your Fetishes' Poison Darts now pierce."
Amy: Hellfire amulet
Legendary Gems:

Enforcer
Increase the damage of your pets by 15.00%.

Simplicity's Strength
Increase the damage of primary skills by 25.0%.

Gem of Efficacious Toxin
Posion all enemies hit for 2000% weapon damage over 10 seconds.

Gogok of Swiftness
50.0% chance on hit to gain Swiftness, increasing your attack Speed by 1% for 4 seconds. This effect stacks up to 15 times.

Increase per Rank: +1.0%.

Rank 25 bonus: Gain 1% Cooldown Reduction per stack of Swiftness.

Bane of the Trapped
Increase damage against enemies under the effects of control-impairing effects by 15.00%.
Increase per Rank: +0.3%.
Rank 25 bonus: Gain an aura that reduces the movement speed of enemies withing 15 yards by 30%.
Any of the above are good, while Gem of Efficacious Toxin is the worst. Also a good option would be

Moratorium

It seems that simplicity will not effect the DMG of fetishes, only your DMG. So best would be to take Gogok of Swiftness and Enforcer. As primary DMG source.

If you go with Hwoj Wrap and Locust Swarm instead of Gargantuan. You can take Bane of the Trapped for even more DMG and CC.
Anyway I made a video with all the detailed info like pagagons, spec etc.

EDIT:
It seams that legion of daggers might be a better choice than Head hunters, For some reason unknown to me they also do PSN dmg. However if you leave them to attack on their own they will do phys dmg which is much lower so it is a bit unclear what is best. All depends on what is the downtime you have on darts while walking etc.
